Discovery - New PA Raffle Game Change
OK ... I am going to make a prediction of the final number of tickets sold in the PA Raffle. Of course this means nothing but just for fun I am going to use the figures I currently have ... I am figuring around 260,000 total tickets sold when the raffle ends.
I bought a ticket today 25.5 hours from my last ticket purchase yesterday ... exactly 6001 tickets were sold during that time ... current number just under 154,000.
So ticket sales have been around 5,000 to 6,000 a day over the last f

PA Raffle Tickets on Sale - Drawing July 11, 2015
Thanks for the information ... I did not think the tickets were sold out. In the past they usually have it posted on the web site and also in a news release I have seen the Lottery say what time the last ticket was sold along with the location.
The PA Lottery could make a better deal for the player with future raffle drawings.
Sell only 400,000 total tickets and keep the same exact prize structure of 6,000 total prizes.
The Lottery can easily live on the profit from 400,000 ticket

Thanks 'Change!
Alright guys, we're half way through May, and also at the mid-point of the 2nd quarter of 2015. Time for a little analysis . (If ya can call it that!)
The 29 has hit 6 times in May, and has the best shot at hitting 10 times this month. It's been doing good in 2015 too with 24 hits, so it has a good shot at being the number with the most hits in 2015. The 6 is the hit leader in 2015 with 28 hits to date. I have to believe both the 29 and the 6 will have at least 30 hits on J

States pull the plug on Monopoly Millionaires' Club
No new news here, but for what it's worth...
I saw a guy ( Ralphie ) at work today that I hadn't seen for a while. So I wished him a Merry Christmas.
Ralphie says to me I sure wish we'd win the lottery! Wouldn't that be a great Xmas present?!!!
I say to Ralphie, You ever play that new game, MMC?
Surprisingly, Ralphie says; Yeah! I buy one ticket of it every week.
I say; You now they already pulled the plug on it, don't you?
Ralphie: Yeah, I know. When I bought my ticket la

New York Halloween Millions raffle ...
You're right it is sweet...
Ct has been running the SuperDraw raffle twice per year since 2011. They hold one of the drawings on The 4th of July, and the other is held on New Years Day. Tickets are sold in April, May and June for the July 4th drawing, and in October, November and December for the New Years day drawing. They're on sale for the 1/1/2014 drawing now.
For last July's drawing, tickets did NOT sell out. I believe the number sold was 262,000 which lowered the odds to 262,000 to 1

Idaho Raffle Changes
I don't think I like the new prize structure. They used to have at least 1 25K prize - maybe 2 but I can't remember for sure. Now the 2nd highest prize is just $10K. I wonder what prompted them to change this? I think I'll just buy 1 ticket this year, just to be in it.
There are 250K tickets selling for $10 each, which is the same as every year since the raffles started.

Lotteries hit record profits last year
The lottery is also in talks with other states about making changes in the Decades of Dollars game and is changing the structure of its raffle game, which generated half of the $10 million in revenue projected for the fiscal year that ended June 30. The raffle is switching to a monthly payout of 50 percent of money spent on tickets in that month.
Passailaigue also said the lottery is in talks to take part in a planned national premium numbers game, in which tickets would cost $5. He's also
