Lottery pool membership
Anybody knows how people gather in groups to play lottery by hundreds? I've been invited to a group of lottery pool but don't know if it's some sort of scam or legit.

According to the Lottery, a state vendor programmed store registers to print an incorrect web address on tickets for playing Collect 'N Win, a second-chance promotion that has been running for about three weeks. My assumption ... someone connected to that 'State Vendor' who did the programming knew exactly what they were doing and is involved with this scam.

I was thinking because the lottery is new, it's not a bad idea to discourage any wanna-be scam artists by loading up on the charges. Should know this outcome in a month or two. Probably have to wait 11 months to know the other outcome.

We have EZ Match in Florida for Fantasy 5 and I have never won more than $25 in 13 years playing it. I had been thinking it was a scam/rip off because of the low payouts. The fact that if you do win, often the other numbers you didn't match look like this. 1-$500. 5-$500. 18. $-500. 19-$500. Your number. 25. $2, WTF, doesn't help matters.:/

Got it, light bulb went on! Have not been playing much, but guessing you will see plenty of day 4's and other various missing cbo's / stats in the pre-scam-draws. When I look back, there are things that are not even mathematically possible. I will remind everyone that June is the end of the NC Extortion Lottery's fiscal year so they are looking to finish strong.

I know some people but the max was $100k. A coworker won 10k from a scratcher while we were at lunch and an ex girlfriend dad won 10k from a scratcher too. Running a scam like that would undermine the integrity of the game. I can't see the lottery officials willing to risks billions in annual profit over something like that. My hope is that the winner has sought out good legal and financial advice and is now in process of getting their affairs in order before moving on with their new life. Winning a lottery jackpot is a major event, winning a 1.5 Billion lottery jackpot is an event at a whole different level!

A week ago I won $12 on the Crossword scratch off, and when I brought it back to gas station, she checked on machine like usual, and said it was not a winner.. I wanted to tell her off, but it was not her fault, as she handed me back the printout and gave me the scratch off itself back. So I called and E Mailed the numbers provided and had to fill out this quick form, long story short, the scratch off ticket had a irregular barcode , whatever the heck that means, and I was credited the $12.. fir
