Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
Well, I'm a dollar and a dream player (sometimes $2 - $5). I keep track of what I play, and win, and lose. The reason I keep my play to less than $5 is because the odds are what they are, and the games are hard to hit. But it only takes one ticket. I really believe that one must control costs to playing. CT if you worked in casinos, I'm sure you saw people who kept chasing the big score only to lose everything. I'm chasing the big score, but not at all costs. I pick my own numbers most of the

Man wins Fla. Lottery jackpot for 7th time
Exactly! 17 years is a long time. You don't know how much he spends a day and how often he plays. If I could afford to spend alot each day I could increase my odds quite a bit. I think this guy can kiss my ass for wanting me to buy his system.

N.J. Lottery sets record for lottery ticket sales
The slumping economy seemingly hasn't stopped lottery players in New Jersey who want to cash in on their dreams. The state lottery raised more money in ticket sales in the fiscal year ending June 30 than ever before in its 40-year history a record $2.6 billion despite a recession that has seen people's discretionary spending drop in other areas. If U Won Mulitiple Millions, Would You Stop Playing?
I'd still play. Not as much for the money though as it would be to see if I could beat the odds twice, and it would only be like $1 per draw.

Florida Lottery holding back winning scratchers?
2/10 $15 on the Buccs tickets...not even close to half of my money back. The covering the odds strategy isn't working for me so I'm gonna try buying 2 $10 tickets instead. What would be better? buying 2 tickets from the same game(same roll) or 2 tickets from two different games?

Tnplayer, it is great to get your perspective since you get to play here and there :) it would be nice to know the different odds you list for each game on the Tn games (i.e. odds of winning 50, 100, 500, etc) The website shows remaning prizes but only the top 3 tier for each game. Isnt gold rush the one where someone 'won' a million but the FL lottery said it didnt truly match up so they havent paid them yet? nonethe
