I give my system enough credit that if I actually did win the jackpot, it will be considered as playing a role in my win. However, jackpot games have millions of combinations. Odds of 1 in 10 aren't very good, much less 1 in 12,271,512.

Outside of buying more tickets, there's not much players can do to improve their odds of winning a jackpot except avoid playing duplicate combinations. Even that requires more effort than some players are willing to invest so since I do that and some other things when I use my system to pick combinations I would say it's 90% luck and 10% effort. Even luck can't help you if you don't buy a ticket.

Really is this any different than a game with top prize of a mil or more since they are both paid over muliple annual payments. Isn't it giving a different name to same game. Now we have a $2 Win for life game in IL that pay $50,000 a year for life which is unheard of for 2 bucks and the odds are way better than playing the state pick 6 for millions.

Just curious what game you hit on in IL. I been turning away from smaller games and now only hunting for the big game. That's $30 ticket does have some good odds for a cool mil.

Pick 3 digit eliminationReply
Anything better than random play is beating the odds in my opinion. Eliminate 2 digits and the 50% house edge is gone. It may just come down to good timing like Win D pointed out, but I'm looking through hit patterns, digit relationships, trailing numbers, etc to see if I can find some formula that even slightly beats picking two random digits out of thin air.
