All Things Considered, Which Is The Better Game - PB or MM?
As a practical matter the odds are the same, so I'd say the better game is the one with the bigger jackpot. The real jackpot, of course, which means the cash value. If I had the choice of both in the same location and could only play one I might go for a somewhat smaller jackpot in MM.

10 reasons WHY it is very difficult to win at pick 3... 1.) If you only play 1 combination the 99.9% degree of Certainty is 6049 draws which means you COULD spend 6049 dollars trying to win a 500 dollar pot.. 2.) The odds are not 1/1000..! 3.) NCEL pays out VERY VERY little for a straight win and the odds are WAY WORSE than roulette at Vegas..!! 4.) NCEL pays out very very little for a six way win and even though you have six ways of winning your odds still aren't good..! 5.) Most

S.C. Lottery ending MegaMatch 6 game
I, for one am DELIGHTED about this rip-off game shutting down. I've lost WAAAAAY more playing this $5.00 game than pick 3 or pick 4. They claim the odds are better, but I never saw that.

What Games Are Going Kaput In Your State Next Year?
New York's Lotto 59 is really pathetic. At 45 million to 1 odds of winning 3 million, people are now in favor of the new Sweet Millions game. Plus, the state only ups the prixe amount 500k per drawing when its not hit. It use to be 1 million increase ... So Long Mel !!!

I dont care WHO you are: you got to have the pre-tests & post-tests drawings for your system
If you're playing lotteries and not winning, blaming your losses on the fact that you don't have the pretest or post test drawings results is as good of a reason as any. Personally I prefer to say odds are you going lose unless you get lucky. A good system can improve your chances of getting lucky.

for all your contribution to this thread. Because if winning was so easy then there would be no need for this web site. But coming together we can narrow the odds.

THIS Is How It's Done (BIG PowerBall Win)
Playing someone's number, what's the fun in that?! Conrats on the win, however it seemed you end up loosing more in the long run with the large wager agaisn't the crazy odds. You'll have better luck winning pick 3/4 straight few times a week or a month with minimal bets then making profit at PB.

How can I calculate odds?
Thanks everyone. I played a 4if6of10 wheel yesterday and I got 3 out of 6 numbers correct. That wheel was abbreviated so I only spent $3. I was just wondering how much my odds increased by playing the wheel. Is it just instead of 1:177,100 chance in winning, I now had 3:177,100 chance of winning?

Anyone heard of someone purposely wanting to win scratchoffs and actually doing it.
For instance here in LP I've heard on the news of 1 guy said he wanted to win Powerball and devise a system and won... I've also heard [rummors though] of another guy wanting to win Powerball and actually accomplishing it... I've heard of 3 cases in the Lottery change my life of people saying that they felt like they were going to win and they won.... I want to know if anyone has heard the same case of someone wanting to win scratchoffs or felt like they were going to win scratchoffs an
