Woman claims $250,000 just hours before lottery ticket expires
Lydia Burke must have a good memory. She buys a lottery ticket, doesn't bother to check it and put it aside and forget about it but on seeing the news report about a MegaMillions ticket worth $250K sold at a certain 7-11 store almost 180 days earlier, she remembers buying a ticket at that store about that time and putting it in a napkin holder and it's then she decides to check it. What are the odds that most players would remember where they bought a ticket six months earlier let alone where th

Bulgarian lottery repeat probed
now what about 3 draws in a row with the same numbers. odds of that? The one who said getting twice in a row is 1 in 5 million is a bit wrong , you have to multiply 1/5,000,000 and 1/5,000,000

Which One Makes More Sense?
Since the odds are so astronomical, I never expect to win PB but I do hope to get the 5 white balls, although I haven't even come close. So I always play $2. I see a lot of wins in FL where the player did not spend the extra $1, and I guess that person is still happy with his/her good fortune. However, there is a huge difference between $200,000 and a million. I would be ecstatic if I won $200,000 but winning $1M would change my life.

Study: Hoosier Lottery has worst financial decline in USA
They need to go down hill, because,i have been play 111 for six years and it has never hit,the last time it hit was march of 2003,thats pretty bad and the odds are nt right, they also have a lot of repeat number,396 fell three times in just one month, they need to go back to the live balls ,or they are going to lose more players vjohnson8

DC-5? Disaster.
I agree. I would love to see Cash 5 go away and have a Quinto game instead. 100,000 to 1 odds for $50k is much better, with no parimutual.

I don't feel pity for states that decide to use computerized drawings when their revenues take a plunge. I wouldn't feel that I had a fair shot regardless of the odds if the game has computerized drawings.

Interesting NC Pick 5 Pattern
Thanks for the post. I am switching to Cash 5 and I find the patterns much more daunting than Powerball. I use Gail Howards' books as lottery guides. But somehow I've done better with my Powerball selections (not that I've won anything major), even though the Cash 5 odds are much better.

Sept 19th winning numbers, can someone play these for me.
I know all even numbers can come out (same with all odds), but I probably wouldn't play that line, unless, I got it as a quick pick of course. It needs more odd numbers.

Time to post my PB logic:
What do you want to know, Mr. All Ears??
I'm just taking a break from it, I'll start back up recompiling numbers one of these days, truth is I simply got burned out on it.
But yes, it's true for 200K I'd spend 8 hours a week, *BUT*, I have to keep in my mind this is a random game, that said, lowering your odds from 1 in 190 million down to 1 in even 10 million is still a pretty lofty set of odds.
The whole jist of what I'm preaching is you need to keep track of the 'age' of your number

keno should be easier to win than p-3
