A lawsuit by the state of Kansas accuses the man at the center of a multi-state lottery number-fixing scam of working with two others to redeem two rigged lottery tickets for $44,000. Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced Tuesday he filed the Shawnee County lawsuit against Eddie Tipton and two others who Schmidt says turned in the tickets to the Kansas Lottery. Totally agree that all states need to do this. There are a lot of scam artist out there just waiting for prey. As far as the 600 limit.. In Indiana prizes 500 or lower can be claimed at any store and you don't need to give any info, so basically by having a 600 limit, it covers all.

Well when I posted about the new cards not being good I went back to the same store last night for my p3 tickets and the store mgr. asked me how many dollar cards did he give me the day before. The Lotteries want their regular players to be complacent and accepting of their scam System: disproportionate odds in relation to their money-making goal. We're all so used to being non-winners that we don't even question the contemptuous design of their products. They are flouting good business practices and reaping an obscene profit.
