Website still down. Took my losing tickets (didn't have the Gold ball) to the lottery machine and says see retailer. Won't scan. Past experience IMHO dictates that there was a winner. meh.......I drive an SUV but not an Escalade! She says it's a, private lottery group. She knew the rules when she joined. Now she wants to change the rules to suit her. The manager won't comply. Seems simple to me. But let's consider the treasury tenant is keeping 9 pounds. How is that different from any other group where the organizer charges a fee for doing all the necessary paperwork and bookkeeping? So....meh.....if you don't like the way its run, don't play.

There are videos on you tube showing the whole testing process. The security they have is incredible with cameras, wire tabs with serial numbers on the door locks, and separate badge scanners just to get into the room with the equipment. The cabinets with the balls are locked also. Then they weigh and drop test all the balls and have video tape of every thing that happens from start to finish. Do they really need all those pre/posts tests for each drawing too? No!!
