buy systems
When you look for a system to buy, don't look for one that guarantees you repeated wins, because they can't. What you are looking for is a good analysis tool that will help you come up with your own ideas and methods to try and beat the odds. If a single piece of software could win the lottery at the push of a button, it would never be for sale, or even advertised.

Is there a way to get an average ...on a single digit skip
Is there a formula for a math average expectation for this occurance? (1 - odds) ^ trials = expectation odds = some number between 0 and 1 (for whatever theory you're working) trials = number of drawings expectation = percent of total trial sets This also works (with modification) to tell you how often you can expect a thing NOT to happen

N.M. Lottery to replace Powerball tickets printed in error
Odds are the problem is worse than two machines having the same outdated software. Sure, a startup check would catch it, but why didn't the central computer catch a problem? If those machines issued 450 tickets, what are the chances that not 1 of them had a PB that isn't in the new matrix?

GIGABALL, with average jackpots of over a BILLION dollars, but the odds to match?
Honestly, I don't believe I would play. It may be a lot of money, but the odds would be horrible. I'd rather put my money on games I have a chance of winning. (And yeah I know at the moment I throw a couple of bucks at Powerball, but I don't know how long I'll be doing that.)

OMG!! Someone won 11.7 Million Tn Lotto Plus Finally
TN's Instant Games aren't as bad as you think. Take a look at overall odds from the home state then look around... You might be surprised at how generous Tennessee really is... ;)

I am physic but not a magician!
Dopey, Casino odds are going to be better than lottery in general. But it depends upon what you want to win. The states regulate the casinos and make them set their machines to payout at a particular percentage. So, your odds of breaking even or winning small amounts is actually pretty good. Of course most people aren't there to win small amounts or break even so they keep feeding the machine and usually loose. The chances of hitting a jackpot aren't much better than hitting

I am physic but not a magician!
Wow...this has been an interesting post. My question is this.....are my odds of winning better in a casino playing the video poker machines or buying scratch-off's or playing pick 3, pick 4 or cash 5?

After looking at the odds... Tn and GA are VERY similar. With that said... GA has more players, more tickets, and a few more winners.

When a double digit appears in a Pick 3, what are the stats...
I think the odds would have to be more than that. Usually they pop up either the next drawing or the next day. At the latest, the following week.
