About 4 years ago I played my birthday on the Cash4 drawing game in my state and ended up winning $5,000. I took the ticket to the Lottery Headquarters in Nashville, checked in at the security desk, went into the payout room, identified myself, presented them with the signed ticket, sat down and waited about 9 or 10 minutes before they called me up to the window and issued me a check for 5 grand. Possible cyber attack. Google Solarwinds and Sunburst for information about the latest computer security compromise. I suspect at least one state was hit and they are having difficulty searching their database of purchased tickets with a comparison of the winning numbers.

Total number of scratch off tickets by game in FL
Florida uses Scientific Games...latest contract renewal was last year, but here in FL the book count discrepancies are noted as well. At least here the FL Lotto publishes odds and number of prizes at each level. Both the website and app show remaining prizes as well.
