Why is keno so hard to win?
Heck, look at the Michigan nightly Keno. The odds are listed as 2,546,000 to 1 or something close to that. Very few people have won since Michigan switched the drawings from ball drawings to computer drawings. Every winner, who has sent a private message to me on LP, won their top Michigan Keno prize back when actuall ball drawings were held.

RE: PB/MM cheating you?
Some players do, some player's don't, but you can bet the person in Michigan who hit the jackpot last night is glad that they played despite the odds. Yup!

RE: PB/MM cheating you?
Yes, you are being cheated. Look at the odds. Give me a dollar and I will give you 1 chance out of 100+ millions to win the jackpot. That's like hitting a bullseye with a pistol from a football field, while the wind is at 15 miles an hour, with a tornado in the middle as a distraction. Ok, maybe its a bit too much but people don't understand what they are up agaisnt when playing the lotto.

RE: PB/MM cheating you?
You want some whine with your cheese ?
Michigan is not alone, there are SEVERAL states where winners are not chosen for extended periods of time, these things go in cycles, and it's also called RANDOM, or at least the Powerball is. Less sparse states win about as often as heavily populated states: PA has a ton of people in it, but I don't recall a jackpot winner lately, but a few years ago thay had 2 per year (or was it 4 ?) two years in a row.
Random.
And extreme odds.
You obviously

What Would You do If You Knew The Lotteries were Cheating and You Could Prove It?
I discarded my vote as lotteries do not cheat. I have sat in on many lottery draws and know that nothing but random chance alone determines the winning numbers. As you know the odds of winning the combination(s) exactly is astronomical ... even lottery draws coordinators play the games and lose.

Ohio Lottery website taking a survey of possible MM changes.
I would not be surprised at all if ticket prices when to $2 per ticket. It's either that or raise the odds if they want larger jackpots. Personally if they want players to play more they can make the winnings of jackpot games exempt from Federal tax like everywhere else in the world instead.

What do you think??
With addition of FL joining on the fun the game will now include another ball or how will the odds increase? I don't play PB, not in the available states. To my prediction it will go up and someone will win it mid next week.

What do you think??
I'm just wondering what you guys are thinking, I usually always get the forecast right, but never win , but this time im feeling like the record is going to be broken, or reach 300 million. Who knows, with the soon approaching addition of Florida joining powerball in january 2009. Odds are going to go up!!

International super lottery to create jackpots of $500 million or more
The odds do not change with the price of the ticket, that is a mathematical fact. You either pay $1 for a 1:146,107,962 chance, or you pay $.10 for a 1:146,107,962 chance, or you pay $10 for a 1:146,107,962 chance, etc. Simple math.
