Powerball multi-state lottery game to change rules
Look. If I buy 2 Powerball tickets, MY odds are going to be 1 in 97.5 million. I own both tickets. I'm not making millions of combinations disappear either. There is still 195 million possible outcomes, 2 of which I have. I'm just simplifying a fraction.

Has anyone here read Gail Howard's book-Lottery Master Guide?
If you read some of her strategies and then pick a game and track the drawings, you will see a lot of her Never plays be drawn.....i.e., never play all evens, all odds, never play an exact sequence, such as 7 14 21 28 35 42, etc..

What would you do if you had to share your jackpot?
I guess we are both misunderstood souls. LOL I never meant to imply that you thought you were better than other people in any of my posts and am sorry for your inference. I was only saying that if someone is disappointed because others also hit a jackpot, it's understandable, but certainly not something to get terribly upset about, considering the odds are that you'll never win anyway. Anyway, I never tell others how to feel. Only giving my opinion and asked what would make you p'd off.

Powerball multi-state lottery game to change rules
You're in luck. I talked to the managers at Powerball, and they've made special arrangements for you. When you buy your tickets, pay $2 and they'll let you pick 2 sets of numbers, so your odds will be only 1 in 97.5 million.

What would you do if you had to share your jackpot?
Shoot, at $400,000,000, I wouldn't care if 10 people won. Of course, with MM and PB, that isn't very likely to happen, given the odds of the game. There's always the possibility a few others will win the jackpot, but not many.

Powerball multi-state lottery game to change rules
I don't recall reading or hearing anything about it though they seem to be doing well enough as it is now. I doubt they'd change it in response to Powerball's changes unless MM adds another good size (at least similar to MM's current average state population) state though I don't think there are many, if any left, I'd have too look since I don't know all the states are that are already involved with either game. If Florida had joined Mega Millions they probably would have changed their odds to s

Powerball multi-state lottery game to change rules
Oh and BTW if you check out the new MegaMillions page you will see that some states average about one MM JP per year. I bet with PB some states don't get a JP for years and It will be even longer with the new odds.

Powerball multi-state lottery game to change rules
It doesn't really matter to me. It just means bigger jackpots and the jackpot will grow faster. Powerball is a game of fate even with its current odds.

Strange Odds for New Florida Scratch Game
I don't know if you noticed or not but the odds for the top prize are higher than the 2nd AND 3rd prize. I think they are trying to increase the top prizes to entice play. Could be a new thing. Who knows.

would you play last weeks winning numbers in this weeks draw
I was initially referring to playing a number combination of either either a regular six number game or a 5+1 game again that had already won. I then went on about how I wouldn't use a combination that already came up matching 3+1, 4+0 or better but that was also referring to 5+1 games. I know all about numbers repeating themselves, since it's very noticeable and I have made multiple posts here about it. I see I accidentally left out the word combination in my initial post and probably should ha
