Texas lottery thief caught after attempting to cash stolen tickets
I see you recently joined so you must not be familiar with what happened in Indiana. A lottery security worker in Indiana told his friend where a $1,000,000 winning scratch ticket was sent and the friend went to that store and bought the whole pack of tickets and won the $1,000,000. Nobody would have known but there was an argument on the splitting. If you search the LP news you will find that story several years back.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Gees skeptic what a flippin cluster! I agree, it's totally inexcusable that they not announce the office is closed or develop an alternate payment processing method. I'm not sure why they need everyone there in offices anyways. Given the proper IT security measures in place they could have nearly everyone working remotely and just a couple people validating tickets and credentials (which apparently they copy electronically anyways since the had your phone #). I hope this gets resolved soon fo

Kentucky Lottery now using computerized drawings
I think that Lotteries here in America have 1 - 800 #'s to report problems. Do the right thing. It appears that Lotteries have created more security since the Iowa debacle and crime.

Question for all lottery players.
I've been going to the same C-store for years. Owners are very friendly. Years ago I won a few hundred dollars and she didn't have the cash on hand and told me to come back in a few hours. I did and she paid me. Little private C-stores generally don't keep a lot of cash on hand for security purposes. So if I have a bigger winning ticket I just go to the Tom Thumb store to cash it. But most times I still buy my tix at the little C-store.

Pa. store clerk accused of stealing over $17K worth of lottery tickets
That was a very SHEETy thing Cheryl Delawder did. With security cameras all over the store, did she not think she would get caught? Also, $3,000 return on $17,000 worth of tickets.... not too good of a return rate on PA scratchers.

The crimes were reported Jan. 22 at Smoke Rings 4 and Daily Donut in San Dimas.
