The Stench of DISGUST in PA: a Cash 5 Travesty
For the people that said they will boycott (myself included), I think we are all saying that in anger but after (say a month?) I beleive that we WILL PLAY IT. Here's why: if you play lotto regularly then what game will you play as an alternative to Cash 5? ... After a little while when people see the jackpots reaching close to $500,000 (and this will happen often) they WILL PLAY ..THE reasons why: It will be the best payout will the best odds offered daily. IT IS THE MONEY THAT DRIVES

Which Pick5 game has the best odds?
NY has 39 numbers, but pays better for the 3 of 5, it averages $18-$23 bucks. NY also often pays in the $700-800 for 4 of 5 when no one gets all 5. But with fewer balls in CA the odds are better to hit ....

Florida Lottery GONE A BIT TOO FAR
Odds for this game aren't bad. I believe 1:2.3. However, I don't like the price tag. I have bought $20 tickets here and there but $30 is a little overboard. I'm not saying I wouldn't do it because I'm always up for trying something new. I can say it wouldn't be an everyday purchase.

Thinking About a Change in Strategy (PowerBall)
I don't know. The odds of even hitting 5 + 0 on Powerball are huge and if I were to buy two tickets I would want two sets of numbers that are different. However, it's not a horrible idea. At least it would give you another chance at the same numbers with a different Powerball number.

PA Cash 5 Changing Matrix
Apparently realizing that PA lacked a classic jackpot game and Treasure Hunt has taken over as the better odds option, the Pennsylvania Lottery is changing Cash 5. There will now be 43 numbers in the field as opposed to 39, and jackpots will start at $125,000 instead of $100,000. More info later.

Quick Picks with Your Own Numbers
So the game above DC Daily 6 a 6/39 game the QP matched 4 of my pix the odds were 1:219 on consecutive lines (my pick vs. QP). I think it is a little more than coincidence on consecutive lines. The discussion is about self picks leading the QP output.

Repeat Powerball Number
That is freaking amazing. Especially with the odds of 1 in 3,478,761. I hardly match 4 numbers in the ones I play.

Reality of Pick 3 Sucessful Picks
I totally agree i have been playing like that for the past year, your odds definitely goes up but be careful of your first number, even though you have a number that is overdue for that spot always play the hottest number for that spot. For instance if 0 is way overdue for first spot and 1 has come out 20 times in that spot play 1 0 in first spot, the second and third usually comes out. Playing like this will take a lot of pactience but it will pay off.GOOD LUCK!

POLL: Motivation for playing
I think everyone wants to win a jackpot, but if I end up winning $1,000 , I'd be happy. Anything is better than nothing. Sure..the odds are against us, but you cant win if you don't play...only takes 1 ticket.

Lumunus Experiments
Hopefully it was all on paper. I could never bet 300+ a day. If I had that much to bet daily, odds are I would be out shopping.
