odds again!! 901. played pairs 60, 80, and 68. as i said pairs 48 and 88 are headed over 100. you think when these evens hit, hope we get lots of repeat pairs like these odd pairs.

We have had some other inquiries about the lack of double digit winning numbers, so we had our security staff run several random test draws, and double digits were drawn. KyMystikal, tell them (politely, of course) to put this in their pipe and smoke it - as of this afternoon (8/16) there have been 36 consecutive computerized pick 4 drawings with no multiple digits (38 total counting the last 2 ball draws on 7/27). According to my calculations the odds on this happening are approx. 51 1/2

some people will say it sounds greedy to want to win both but i am entered in the megamillions friday and the powerball saturday. i dont know the odds of not only winning both in your lifetime but to actually win them on consecutive days im anxious to read some of the other responses because i only divide the numbers the lottery gives as possible combinations. im sure others on this site will have more in depth replies to explain the probability of winning both jackpots back 2 back

These are long impossible odds. I hope MM jackpot winner happens on the next draw, but I hope Powerball continues to roll until it reaches $390 million and one jackpot winner occurs.

I'll tell you a little secret about quick picks: Some stores have machines that give better odds. I happened to find one of these stores and 4 out of 5 weeks (I used to play every week with my co-workers) I get at least 1 win from that machine. Sometimes it's a free play and sometime's it's money. Look for those machines.

Usually with games such as that it would have odds of 1:1. Every ticket is a winner but only so many breakeven and so forth. However, you see those with the high roller instant tickets of $20-$30.

Do you think MM could give away a minimum jackpot of $7 million if the odds were as only 1 in a million? Ditto. It's good to have freinds with different systems so that when your system is not working there's a backup somewhere. That's another way to increase your odds of winning.

I never thought about it but in a 649 game, knowing one number could reduce your odds of winning the jackpot from 1:13,983,816 to 1:1,715,304 or reduce the possible combinations by 800%.
