Schooling to be remembered
Had a look at balls drawn in order on the Thunderball and doing Odds and Evens if you get my drift.
And looking at my figures from what i can see is that the numbers for the next draw should come from this bunch .........1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34
Now to find a way to make them more playable say maybe 10 lines.
Sorry seem to have drifted off your idea but it got me thinking about balls drawn in order and odds and evens.It took my a few hours to come up

how often do you play powerball/mega millions in your state?
We don't have PB or MM in this state, but I'm answering as if we did. I agree with Rick. If they ever added PB or MM, I doubt if I'd play it. If I haven't won the FL Lottery or the MegaMoney game with much better odds, why would I want to play a game in which I am less likely to hit?

What are the odds?
I have it occuring in 54 out of the last 4600+ draws. So I'd say the odds are somewhere around 1 in 90 or 1 in 100 for 5 times in the last 6 draws. Another rare event embedded in those numbers: 3 numbers were from 4 draws back and 3 from 5 draws back...

Washington Lottery to give free gas for Quick Picks
OH Goody - you get to sit on line long enough that the cost of the gas used there means you'd almost be better off to go to where there are no lines. You have to take QP so your odds on the jackpot with the 10 tickets would be 1 in 17,571,154. There should be a limit on how many cars can queue up at once.

Interesting little stat
these are for Maryland there are 10 days worth of drawings pick 3 had 37 odds and 23 evens pick 4 had 50 odds and 30 evens. The pick 4 draw had all odds drawn for 3 consecutive draws.
having looked at thousands of drawings over the years it seems that odd digits get drawn more than even digits. And I'm sure there are times when even digit's might get more play during certain months than odd digits.

scratch-off tickets experiment
Hi OSU and everyone
I am brand new to this forum and am enjoying this very much. Didn't realize there are so many other passionate scratchers out there and in forum style.
Any way-I have been a scratcher for for just a few weeks now in KY and have had mixed results so far with different methods. I now check the KY lotto site often to check on the existing # of winning tickets, but recently read an investigative report from PA journalist that spoke with PA's Lotto commissioner which state

100 dollar ticket
I have never bought a scratch off ticket before..I dont think I have..that plus the fact I live in a state that doesnt have a lottery anyway..but I dont think I have ever bought one even traveling through a LOTTERY STATE..I am not sure what the fascination is with those scratch off tickets..talking about having NO CONTROL OVER WHAT YOU GET....IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT IN MY BOOK....at least when you play pick 3 or pick 4 you can use past draws to increase your odds...you have no control over those sc

They would have to make it such that it returned 80 to 90 percent in smaller prizes with maybe 1 or 2% of sales going to the Jackpot which would have to be 20 MILL or more for most people to even consider it, and none of the tickets losing, that is the worst you could do is to win back $75 or $80 so that the ticket really costs $80-ish, and they'd make good gifts as such, but being you get what you pay for usually and the odds on scratch-offs are seldom disclosed, I'd likely not touch it and r

Expensive Michigan Lottery tickets sell-out quickly
I bought two of them for myself. The only one who missed that hundred dollars I spent on tickets is my girlfriend because I did not take her out on two dates. She will be a lot happier if I win some money. As far as the price goes, I do not think that it all that expensive. I might only spend $5 a draw for the mega millions but over the course of a month or two I would spend at least $50 for alot worse odds.
