The program seems to work on everything I have to test it on so here goes. You might get a security warning when downloading/installing. Microsoft security seems to hate exe's so either you trust me our you don't. The program is 100% free to use or share as you see fit. There are only two user settings located near the top of the program. The user must set the number of balls picked and the pool size. Once this is done then just press any number button to see the results. Enjoy

I see no proof of chips being used in balls; counting chips also no significance to bias. You re ignoring security that is in place; as well as has been determined by actual breaches.
