Just a note on what I've observed with these tiers. Notice that in tiers 4, 3 and 2, all 10 pure odds are present. Sometimes when this happens, an odd will fall soon. So watch for them in your workouts...! Hope this helps.

It is a waste, people that make great incomes are not dumb enough to play games that have horrendous odds and payback percentages. They invest in stocks, real estate, etc. Even casinos or the horse offer such a better return than the lottery.

Indeed. I also think that of all the states with W4L scratch-offs, NJ is probably the best odds at winning it. I miss their $5 Lifetime Riches game ($5k/yr/life). I do like to stock up on NJ Win for Life tickets when I'm in the state.

Some of the people here can't understand it when it's really simple, so why confuse them even more? If you were able to place the dice with whichever face you chose showing and hope one matched a random roll of a die then you would exactly double your odds by using two dice instead of one. I've played Ohio Rolling Cash5 when its jackpot was over $300K and had all 5 winning numbers at least twice on 20 lines and was lucky to have two of them on the same line twice to win $2. (Over all odds of winning something is 1:10)
