GEORGIA Dec18 thru Dec24th
Just a note on what I've observed with these tiers. Notice that in tiers 4, 3 and 2, all 10 pure odds are present. Sometimes when this happens, an odd will fall soon. So watch for them in your workouts...! Hope this helps.

Mass. Lottery bets it can draw richer players
It is a waste, people that make great incomes are not dumb enough to play games that have horrendous odds and payback percentages. They invest in stocks, real estate, etc. Even casinos or the horse offer such a better return than the lottery.

how many scratch offs would it take?
Indeed. I also think that of all the states with W4L scratch-offs, NJ is probably the best odds at winning it. I miss their $5 Lifetime Riches game ($5k/yr/life). I do like to stock up on NJ Win for Life tickets when I'm in the state.

How does Euro Millions do it?
Here is the estimated population breakdown of the participating EM countries.
France: 60,876,136
England: 50,431,700
Spain: 40,397,842
Belgium: 10,379,067
Luxembourg: 474,413

Portugal: 10,605,870
Ireland: 4,062,235
Austria: 8,192,880
Total: 192,944,077
So I guess the player base is larger than even MM. Yet its quite astounding how often it rolls, even wit

which is best--powerball or mega millions
I don't know if anyone follows it or cares, but I regularly post the expectation value for these games. The expectation value is the possible reward (the prize size) divided by the odds of winning it. I bet with an expectation value of 1.00 is considered a good bet. Typically neither of these lotteries become a good bet until the prize is well over an advertised annuity value of over $200,000,000.
The annuity values of both games are fraudulent in that they do not record the actual val

How does Euro Millions do it?
Its been a long time since I've posted. But I've been checking the forums regularly and I didn't see anyone discussing this topic so I decided to post it.
How does Euro Millions do it? From the beginning of the jackpot run, it starts rolling around $13 million (cash) dollars. It also has a much higher starting jackpot compared to PB and MM. Sure the drawings are only held once a week, but if you look at the rolls in MM and PB in the beginning of the jackpot run, they only rise by rough

Odds Don't Change When Jackpot Goes UP
Some of the people here can't understand it when it's really simple, so why confuse them even more? If you were able to place the dice with whichever face you chose showing and hope one matched a random roll of a die then you would exactly double your odds by using two dice instead of one. That's the real analogy for multiple tickets, where you'd presumably buy tickets with different numbers. With the number of possibilities in lottery games, the difference between two tickets with different

Well, I would have won Pick-5 in NC...
I've played Ohio Rolling Cash5 when its jackpot was over $300K and had all 5 winning numbers at least twice on 20 lines and was lucky to have two of them on the same line twice to win $2. (Over all odds of winning something is 1:10)

Playing the Best
Would you travel to another state to play a lottery game if the odds in the game were higher? Or for any other reason?
