Unclaimed lottery tickets
I am leaning towards thinking that someone should have a few years to turn in their ticket to no time limit. It seems that if a ticket doesn't get turned in within a few years, the odds are it probably never will, but you never know. Someone could sift through some old documents are junk drawer and find a old winning ticket.

The 9 Day Window System
Pac,I like this idea very much. You're always thinkin', I admire that so much. I know you said the odds are better playing the hottest number in the third position, but just for kicks, what about placing it in the first? Any better results? Take your time. Thanks!!

Anyone using Gail Howard's system for Powerball-
Hello- I know Gail is clear about the odds of winning Powerball and Mega Millions. But she explains the best chance to win it in her book and her advantage plus software. That is how I know the bias is so high. It is her tip in her book to play all odd or even if the bias is in the high teens or 20's.

Anyone using Gail Howard's system for Powerball-
Hi...Gail Howard is not a big fan of Mega or Powerball type lotteries. She like lotteries with more ground to earth odds...like Il linois Little Lotto...who wouldn,t mind a 100K windfall

Protecting your numbers
The number of combinations in PB are so high, and the odds of you picking the correct combination are so low, that the probability of you and another player having the same winning numbers are slim. It does happen on occasion, but half-a-jackpot is still better than no jackpot at all. If you're worried about someone else playing your numbers, then you should watch out for the folks that work at the place where you place your bets.

LP members and lottery beliefs
Luck. The playslips you fill out have the odds listed on the back of them and those odds are the number of combinations possible. If they could be beat consistently the games simply wouldn't be offered to be played. There's a lot of knowledgable people on this board, if it was anything beyond luck someone would have already hit a jackpot. Thousands of people a day track numbers, look for trends, cold numbers, hot numbers, due numbers, and what have you - and a clerk asks a person w

NY Pick10...
Yes, few play Pick 10. But the $500,000 is lump sum, and the payout is 50%, compared to 38%-40% in NY Rotto. Overall odds of winning are 1:17 v NY Rotto's 1:46. The smallest prize in Pick 10 is $4 (for matching zero numbers) against $1 in NY Rotto (3/6).

States I Predict P3 6/3 Mid
Yeah, Pick 4 seems to be one of the better games because of its high payouts and lower odds, well compared to bigger games at least. I wish you well. =)

The Luck Factor
I think any time anyone wins a lottery prize they're lucky. Since state lotteries pay out prizes with 50% of ticket sales or less that means for every dollar someone wins someone else spent two dollars and won nothing. So Mr Preator winning $20,000 means at least 40,000 tickets were sold that won nothing, you got to be lucky to beat those kinds of odds.
