Yes, if this prize was divided up into 1 million per person, first, it couldn't be a random draw. It would have to be a raffle or something. Second, no way on earth would it be worth even half this amount. It probably would still be around 50 mil. People don't put down lots of money in order to win a million bucks anymore.

Unless I hit the Pick 3 / Pick 4 by tomorrow, I'll be sitting out the PA raffle this cycle. No point in rushing to buy anyways, since the late tickets often win big. Key words whichever occurs first . If all 750,000 tickets are sold before 11:59:59 pm tonight (12/30) sales obviously would end at that point in time. Otherwise, ticket sales will end at 11:59:59 pm regardless of how many are sold. To answer your question directly, according to the rules, the raffle will not go longer than December 30.
