Could an entire roll be duds?Reply
So I bought the rest of the roll. I bought every ticket except #15, #9 every single ticket was a dud. I have every ticket accounted for but those two. I'm sending an email to florida lottery. I have feeling #15 and 9 probably were duds too. I'm sure they can pull the info from the serial codes. wonder hiw they are going to explain this. How many other rolls out there are all duds too. Maybe #15 9 were winners but still that is not cool to only have two winners in a roll of $20 tickets. shame on

Whats up everyone! New to the blog and fairly new to the lottery I live in Pa and I just started about a month ago with scratch offs I'ev been playing the Holiday games that came out but they dont seem to produce any kind of wins all losers My other favirote is Crosswords or Wordrama I'ev done well with them. A few others Black Tie, Price Is Right, 10x(a good one as well) Fast cash etc. I just signed up on the PA Lotto website as well and I notice they have a second chance drawing first time hea

I think the whole NY scam proves that people who want anonymity have something to fear. People who are afraid should stay away from buying (or scamming) lottery tickets........

I told you before this happened they were scammed and I WAS RIGHT AGAIN. tHIS WAS SCAM THAT MIDDLE EASTERN STORE OWNERS HAVE BEEN DOING FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND i WAS RIGHT. They were arrested fro fraud just like i said they did it,. so get your facts right before you accuse me of anything.

Guilty consciousness. They had to sell a lie that would be believable in their own minds and hopefully to their mark. They knew it was $5m so to them it was a far stretch to offer the customer a mere 500 or 50 dollars. I agree with you that they didnt graduate from an Ivy League Scam Institution as Patel University so they didn't have a solid plan in place should that lucky day ever come and it did.

Last post pertaing to ga5life hopefully. To answer ur pm;)it appears that ga5 is hittin alot.if u put up 4 pairs thats just 2 out of 3 numbers say go one up down.im sure u wil toot ur horn every draw for d illusion of a hit.16 pairs= ten numbers 4 d third is like over 150 numbers played.tonight is d first night he hit dead on but via his advice one still had to play at least 50 numbers.THATS TOO MANY NUMBERS ESPECIALLY IF SOME CLOWN CHARGING U A FEE.im not knocking the pair posters like lkydeb.b

Lottery officials need to take into account how the ticket was aquired not just who's name is on the back of the ticket. If the ticket was abtained fraudulently, then no money should be awarded and the person making the fraudulent claim should go to prison. If lottery officials didn't take into account how the ticket was aquired, then it would be open season for any convenience store clerk to scam a customer out of their winning ticket.
