Powerball/MM Strategy
The PA site claims the odds of hitting just the powerball are 1 in 68.96, not 1 in 42. Although 1 in 42 makes sense, I think it would take more than 42 draws to pick any said ball if you kept returning the missed balls back to the chamber, hence the higher number.

Series is Due....
What are the odds that a series comes in? Would that be 10/1000? So if a series is out 100 times, then it should come in? Or would you need to take the boxed combos, so it would be 60/1000 or every 17-18 draws?

Am I going crazy?
Ah no, as you would soon find out when trying the strategy. The ezmatch numbers are randomly chosen by the terminal after you submit your numbers. They can all be like your first ticket example, no winning matches between played numbers and ezmatch numbers. As each ticket is printed independently there is no call to the terminal to assign 36 different ezmatch numbers, but it is charged with maintaining the posted odds, so it is more like playing a slot machine. Back to Basics (Dice)
I just rolled a die 13 times. The first 12 numbers, in order, were 1, 3, 6, 2, 6, 6, 3, 1, 4, 5, 5, and 5. Using your combinatorics and probability, what was the 13th number? The questoin is about the same as betting on which way something shaped like a football is going to bounce. Probabilities are based on millions of decisions. There is one combination to roll snake eyes (1-1) wih a pair of dice. (One single die is called a die, not dice ). There are 36 possible combinations

Powerball lottery jackpot raised to $101 million
So when NC joins the powerball in a couple of months, will the odds get longer like they did when CA joined the mega millions? I haven't heard yet has anyone else heard?

why play the pick 4?
Here's my take on it. My thing is to try to win something. Sure it's a lot easier to win a Pick-3 top prize than it is to win any other top prize. But, your odds of winning anything are, at best, 1 in 100, and that's only if your state has pair options. And I do play the pairs, sometimes. But unless there's something special about Pick 3 or Pick 4, like an Instant Match feature, I'll be sticking to the pairs.

still playing since the matrix change?
The matrixes are getting ridiculous. I suppose people love to see those big numbers, but I'd rather have a better chance at winning. Since both are not offered in FL, I don't play either game. Since I haven't won much playing a 6/53 game I don't know why a game with odds of 175M to 1 would be any luckier for me. That said, I enjoy playing games so I might still give both a shot once in a while if they were available locally even with great odds. By the way, I learned something this week. Neve

Why no Canadian games online?
Just wondering why the online ticket brokers are ignoring the Canadian games. Sure the jackpots aren't like Megamillions or Euromillions but they are all tax-free cash and the odds are better. I'm just looking at the more dependable brokers.

one huge nationwide jackpot game
Well it would also be nice to combine MM, PB, Euromillions and if possible China lottery too... Then we could expect multibillion jackpots. I wonder what would the odds be like.

Has anyone tried this before?
Hi all.One time i brought 1 $ tickets(same kind) for 80$ total.Total of winnings were 45 $.Lost 35.On other days,i am able to win more then 20$,buying just few tickets.I think, its all about luck,or being at the right place, and right time.Usually,i play 5-10 or 20 $ tickets, cuz you have better odds of winning the prize.
