I think New York and New Jersey have the same rule for their 2nd chance. Nothing new here. Peronally, I like the idea of keeping the winners limited to New Jersey. Increases my odds, and those of my neighbors.

Being from Seattle I thought the odds of the Seahawks even making the Superbowl were about the same as winning a lottery. It would be real neat if they win. Might make up for all those times the Mariners have blown it in the playoffs.

That appears to be the case. The current prize is 3.5 M. I wish I lived closer to West Va. Hot Lotto is a better game with nearly the same prize amounts and lower odds. Maryland's Multi-Match doesn't appeal to me. You're forced into accepting 2 quick-picks for every line you select. You're not allowed to construct the 3-line sets to increase your chances to match the drawing.

That's because so much of the prize pool goes to smaller prizes. The overall odds of winning a prize are about 1 in 4.

I've not read to see whether or not there is a cash option for this game;however, I'm not really playing to win the top prize. I want to try and win $500-$1000 (never won more than $100) The odds of winning $500 are 1:170 which are not bad (yeah I know a $20 ticket lol)

Thanks litebets. I've played $20 tickets in FL a few times. First time won $40. Then bought another and lost... Then on my 3rd I bought won $100. (note I didn't buy them all on the same day) I bought another one yesterday after I won $100 and I won $20 (broke even) I decided I better take my money and run because the odds aren't as low as I want lol.

Thanks CalifDude, as this needs to be addressed. An optimal wheel is a wheel that 100% covers a prize tier guarantee in the fewest possible combinations. For example the wheel that 100% guarantees a 3if6 win using 49 numbers in 163 combinations. What most players don't understand about this wheel, is it's really a 3if3in22 number wheel scabbed together with a 3if4in27 number wheel which combined guarantee 3if6 no matter how the numbers fall.The problem is we don't play this wheel to win the 3
