We know most pick-3 games keep 50% of sales revenue by payouts. Even if they paid players the full $1000, they would still keep the $1 bet. The thing is, they still payout 50% of sales to winning tickets and that really adds up in states with $1 million in daily pick-3 sales. Someone must be winning on average $500,000 a day so it very possible a few of those winners have a genuine system.

HELP PLEASE! Does anyone know what pick 3 will come out tonight?
I have spent 15 grand on lotto in 2-3 weeks and I am absolutely disgusted!! Most I won was 500! I know I am stupid!!!!!! I NEVER GAMBLE OR ANYTHING! Is there anyone willing to help me figure out the system where you know what NORTH CAROLINA Cash 3 or Cash 4 numbers will be? I'm from Ha ti And back home we play NY pick 3 and pick 4. However, most of us play pairs. For the game of pick 3 we play the back pair only for a first prize of $50 Haitian $ off a $1 bets straight. I have been studying the lottery and I came with this method. One of the way to hit the pick 3 is always playing the 5 numbers even system. For example. EVEN - 0 2 4 6 8. Out of all the examples, including using the blue bar pick 3 positional wheel, isn't what I'm trying to accomplish....I'm not trying to wheel the numbers deleted from each column I click,...... I'm trying to wheel the numbers in each column , I didn't click...or what's left. Grwruston, have the closet idea of what I'm trying to accomplish. Thank you. You are very wise and full of wisdom I can tell. As far as having my predictions posted on a website somewhere the answer would be absolutely no. I do know that my system if you will works in all states that have a Pick 3. I have tested and back tested over the years and it works very consistently.
