Man sues S.C. Lottery, claiming the state is misleading ticket buyers
This does bring up an interesting question-What does Cali and VA do with the tickets after the top prizes are claimed -pull them from the shelves, send them back to Lottery HQ and destroy them ?Seems like a waste since the lower tier prizes can still be won. The odds on the top prize are ridiculous anyway...

Write to your State Lottery
The odds of winning most lotteries are 1:14M to 1:175M, why should 14M to 175M losers care if the winner remains anonymous. PowerBall and MegaMillions don't require its winners to go to NY and appear on national television and yet many do. If winners chose not to keep a low profile then what ever happens is their problem.

Lotto South Ending?
KY needs to stay in LS. Regardless, a win for life online game similar to those in OR and PA would be a terrible idea, especially if there's no cash option. As for LS itself, I believe the game is fading because the jackpot odds are NOT high enough for the tri-state population (Lotto Virginia's 6/49 became Lotto South without changing the matrix).

Have you ever done it ...Vertically? LOL
In LA's last 5 draws .....Vertically your numbers have all had 2 odds or more. I would be looking for mostly even number there for the next 3 draws. Same if they had all been a LOW sum or some other group like that. They will flip. Bet on it!

what are your lottery goals for 2006?
I hit 4/5 two weeks in a row on Lotto 5 in 2005. It only paid $200 bucks each hit. I don't conside this lucky since one more number would have gotten me 1 million plus. I wish TN was part of Lotto South.. I only have the option of playing Lotto 5 for a few hundred thousand or PowerBall for Umpteen Million at astronomical odds. If Lotto South dies, I plan to save a bunch of money in 06'.

lotto tennessee,georgia,south carolina!
I disagree. I love to play the instate lotto games. (Such as FL lotto) I get so sick of MM and PB odds sometimes. I know instate lotto game Jackpots aren't as high but I like the shot of winning atleast a million and not having to compete with other states.

need help with hit percent
Remember if he's using a system then he's trying to do better than averages. If a system can't beat the odds then it's no better than choosing QPs. If it's really much better than expected he might have a winner. Also in every lottery game that I've ever participated, combinations will start repeating when less than 15% of the possible combination have hit. This include pick5 games also where I follow Ohio Buckeye5 which had 5 combinations to repeat in its 5000 draw history. Buckeye5 was a 5/

need help with hit percent
The odds are exactly what they appear to be - 1::1,000 and 1::10,000, respectively. Your results are not outside the realm of normal probability.glj

got 4 out of 5 in VIRGINIA today!!
I matched the first four on today's mid-day draw. I missed by 1 on two of the plays. I had 30 and 32 as the 5th number.Having the 25 cent plays improves your odds, which is always appreciated. Easy to play more reasonable size wheels.

Can following your intuition help you win
Now if we can ALL only have that inner voice speak to us on a daily basis, we'd all be very happy (and wealthy!). The number that came out for me was 3654. One of the reasons I played it straight to begin with was it came out twice before this year straight. What are the odds of that happening! Use the force, Luke
