A brief introduction of Korean Lotto 645
Korean Lotto 6/45...Basically a pick-6/45 jackpot game with a bonus ball. Started in early December 2002 and any on-line service of purchasing tickets on players' behalf is prohibited by law (in my opinion, that's too bad!). The ticket sells for approxiamately $1 each. The odds of hitting jackpot is approximately 1 in 8 million, and it draws every Saturday, just once a week. The amount of jackpot(pari-mutuel) usually stands at around $11 million being paid all in lump sum cash. Due to the relativ

Same Lotto Numbers Come Up Sat and Sun
The odds are not a million to one for the same number to repeat in the next draw. They are still 1,000 to one.It happens frequently...we've all seen it happen before in our own states. I remember a pick 4 number doing that several years ago in IL.

Idea for MM states
OK, the jackpot odds are 1: 40+ million, but you would win by matching just TWO numbers in this classic-style lotto game. Massachusetts Ca$h WinFall has a 2/6 prize; so does Hoosier Lotto.

Idea for MM states
When lottery games fail to be successful, there is a good reason for it, most times there's a better game available to its potential players. Ohio have MegaMillions, Rolling Cash5, Pick4, Pick3 and Scratch-offs ($1-$25). Coming out with new games that has worst payout odds then these games is going to do no better than Lot'O Play and if the state is not going make more money per dollar spent why create another game? I think the Ohio lottery players are tapped out.

The positive cash flow system
For the sake of argument, OK - say you win everytime you play, for the rest of your life - you have then beat a negative expectation game. But you can't, by definition change the fact that they have the edge.On the other hand, the jackpot games can and do become positive expectation games when the jackpot exceeds the the odds for that game. BUT, it does not make it any easier to win!Unless you buy all of the possible combinations!

The positive cash flow system
The odds are better online with the 900:1 payout. But like you said, you have an 80% chance. As long as you don't have an even chance or better, they have the edge. The game people have an edge when they pay 900:1 or anything less than $1000It is a fair game when they pay 1000:1You have the edge when they pay 1001:1 or anything over $1000

Pacattack said:I agree with everything you say, except for the part about generalizing the edge. Can someone out there please explain to me, how the house has an edge, when the payout, only specifically pertaning to this, and only this scenario, when the payout is 900 to 1?Very simple. The TRUE odds are 1000 to 1.

The positive cash flow system
A few people will not bring down vegas or even a states lottery...there are to many loosers that are feeding the casinos to pay the folks that are winning....for starters look at all the suckers that are playing those crazy slot machines...worst odds ever...your best bet in a casino is table games...remember there is a difference between a system to play/beat a game...and a money management/betting method.....game systems don't win in the long term..you are correct about that...but money managem

Was that show sucker bets? I think I saw it or somthing like it. You can never tilt the odds in your favor but you can decrease the house edge by not placing sucker bets.
