Lottery number strategies subject of newspaper investigation
What is amazing is that New Jersey has tons of winners in Cash 5 and Lotto that defied the odds, and they managed to miss mentioning those that did some good with the money. Personal and otherwise. Of course, if you know anything about the Star, you know where their head is.

LOTTERY’S First-ever millionaire raffle
Nevermind I was able to scrape up the answer after reading all the fine print. I was right. In the Pennsylvania Lottery s Millionaire Raffle drawing however, the ADM will select winning tickets at random from the tickets sold, and not winning numbers. But that would actually reduce the odds. But for some reason I am willing to bet that all those less than 75,000 tickets are as good as bought.

PowerBall odds for 100 tickets?
I agree Iesha, all it takes is to win is having the right combination. I don't think I could spend $100 dollars on powerball without some major thought. The odds are still way against you even with the hundred.

Ohio Rolling Cash5 rolls to $639,000.00
I wished Rolling Cash 5 was in my area. It seems like its a good game to play with decent odds. (compared to Powerball or MM)

WARNING: NY King Kong scratch
$320K? That's good money, especially when I'll be getting the same amount next year. Just put $100K per year from that into CD's and bonds, and I'll be set even past the 25 years. That's a good prize annuity or not. But then again, the odds are pretty high so what's the point of complaining. You won't be winning it.

Ohio Rolling Cash5 rolls to $639,000.00
Ohio Rolling Cash5 rolled to $639,000.00. The odds of winning the jackpot is 1:575757. PowerBall odds for 100 tickets?
Well being it is the holidays, and I already bought a Millionaire raffle ticket for $20, I will not be able to get 100 this time. But I will be getting at least 60 or so. Hoping the new moon, and Jupiter brings me the luck and money that I need. I have not had much luck with systems, so I am going to give QPs a shot and compare this time. $40 in tickets did it for the Wests, so it should be more than enough. But as you also said, people have won with one ticket. I know the average spent is abou

MM - End of a Great Streak
Who believes that GOD is involved in lotteries? I believe he is very involved and actually is hand-picking certain people to win Megamillions and Powerball. If this is true, it throws out all of the talk about random luck, odds, and statistics. Imagine, just imagine.John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God! (The Word is Jesus)

PowerBall odds for 100 tickets?
I think the odds are still too big even if you buy 100 tickets. There have been a few people on LP who have spent a hundered dollars on tickets and won nothing. But if you have a hundred to spare and it won't effect you if you do lose it, I say go for it. But use a filtering or wheeling system to choose the numbers and don't do quick picks. Good luck sirbrad. =)

PowerBall odds for 100 tickets?
Yes, those are the odds. If you're trying to use all numbers you'll be picking each number in the main draw about 9 times each, unless eliminating them by filters.glj
