Canada Lotto 649 30 Million!
30M CAD (roughly, 27M USD) must be very attractive when the odds of hitting jackpot and low-tier prizes are taken into consideration. The problem is that it might not be easy for those staying outside Canada to buy Canada Lotto 649 tickets for some reason(s).I hope an LP member who, I guess, very likely is in Canada to win it in this Saturday nite drawing. Good luck!

$340 million lottery ticket bought in Oregon gold rush town
I hate to break the news to you, but that is just silly!!!! A system to pick 6 numbers that the odds of getting are 1 in 146,107,962?????? That is soooooo ridiculous. The only way people win these is pure luck!! There is no system to crack. Sorry to shatter your dreams there, but it's the truth.

Lotto South- Potential New Draw Days
I believe this next drawing is the first one where the prize amount has been bumped by 1 million. They could keep LS and fill the void with a 5-ball lotter similary to Washington state's Quinto which has better odds, somewhat smaller prizes, and a 1-in-10 chance of getting the lowest prize. As more states (North Carolina) join one of the big two multistate lotteries, PB and MM will continue to eat at away at instate classic lotteries.

Powerball, what if........
Perfect example.$18 million jackpot generating....$11 million in sales? Entirely probable. However, with any record jackpot, sales of around $150m+ someone is going to win a prize with odds of 3.4 million.

Powerball, what if........
Yes, the bonus pool would roll down to the 4+1 winners if there were a jackpot winner(s), but no 5+0 winners. That's almost statistically impossible, pretty close to the odds of winning Powerball on just one ticket!

What is your favorite lottery game?
I voted Pick 5. Florida Fantasy 5 is my favorite, followed by Georgia Fantasy 5. I also like Florida Mega Money and Kentucky Cash Ball (pick 4 + 1 games).I do play Power Ball, Mega Millions, and Lotto South occasionally, but I favor the lower odds games. I've won much more money in the pick 5 games than in the jackpot or state lottery games.Given $10 to spend on lottery tickets, I would put $6 in pick 5, $3 in a pick 4 + 1 game, and $1 in a jackpot game.

Forget Powerball - Go for Mega Millions
Actually Pluto can be closer than Neptune since Pluto's orbit is eliptical. Really you are right on the odds though. They are both very, very unlikely so the difference is pretty much meaningless.

Key Three digits very good/sums better
ILL. Evn. 3 O 6Well ..... we had 2 of the Key Three digits 1 6 0 hit. That's good when we get more than one digit. Increases the odds of a hit. 15 numbers had the digit 6 .... only one can work. 235 - 236 - 238 - 230 - 256258 - 250 - 268 - 260 - 280356 - 358 - 350 - 368 - 360 *380 - 568 - 560 - 580 - 680
