CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
The raffle was last offered in 2008; tickets were $20 a pop and the lowest prize was $2,008. It didn't sell out and they haven't offered it since.

Powerball Lottery Game Sales At $2 Ticket Cost Versus $1 Ticket Cost
The only relevance of the ticket price is when players are limited to buying only one ticket. A good example is the $20 per ticket raffle games. Another way to look at it is one $2 PB ticket has a better chance of winning $1 million than two MM $1 tickets.

Discovery - New PA Raffle Game Change
But we only see the numbers. All the other info would tell us more but they are keeping that hushed up. Go to Va lottery and you will see the raffle winners.

Discovery - New PA Raffle Game Change
Appreciate your honesty CW. Reason i asked is because i played the VA year end raffle last year and they do post the winners and their location. Seems like the big winners came from way south in the state and Va Beach. And the rural areas. Northern Va didn't have that many winners.

Pennsylvania: 8/1 - 8/31/2015
I just noticed today that they are doing the Millionaire Raffle quarterly. They advertise it as the best odds at winning $1mil. which is false. The better odds is Pick 5 (quinto) when you play the same number straight 20 times it pays $1mil ($50k set payout times 20) and the odds come in at 1-100,000 vs 1-125,000 for the raffle at the same price point.

Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle is Now SEASONAL
Well going by what the PA Lottery has said ... I guess there will not be a New Years' drawing anymore. They are using the word seasonal . The new drawing schedule should look like this: Fall - Oct 31st Winter - Jan 31st Spring - April 30th Summer - July 31st I'm just going with what has been said so far and the first new raffle drawing being Oct 31st. I would think they should be selling tickets shortly, if they hope to sell 500,000 or at least 300,000 tickets by then. I don

Post your scratch ticket results
Also same here on the raffle, no winners at all. Won $30 today on 1M Big Money. As for trucks and bucks I don't know why I keep buying them. Haven't won once! I've been having way better luck at Valley Forge casino. Up almost $2,000 in the last 3 weeks. So I'll probably just stick with more casino and buy a scratch off here and there.
