My thoughts on the 'Blue Game' proposalReply
I hope the Blue Game is only $1 per draw. If they choose Power play, they will spend $2 a draw to multiply their winnings. I hope that CT keeps Powerball. If the matrix and odds of winning the jackpot is more than 200 million to 1, I hope CA lottery commission drops MM and joins the Blue Game down the road.

Don't start thinking that you need to get with a group. It doesn't really change your odds too much. Exactly correct - with one addition. I read somewhere, that each area: machine is pre-programmed not to RNG certain combinations during each sequence of winnings. This serves to maintain the odds-winner ratio.

MUSL should move Hot Lotto should be moved to Mondays and Thursdays if NC joins. I think NC should join the blue game from MUSL on Tuesdays and Fridays, and Lotto South on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Lotto South will not have a bonus game, but they should match 6 numbers out of 56 to increase the odds of winning a jackpot because more states are playing Lotto South.

and since this is a game of beating the odds, its still a viable play number. Each number carries the same weight in producing a hit or miss.
