Connecticut Gov. considers dumping Powerball
Some people just freak out about any change. Most players are just tired of the crummy little jackpots Powerball has been offering for a long time now. A game with the odds that Powerball has should have much larger pots instead of what would be a normal state lottery.

CT Cash 5 - July 2005
Working on yet another component of my spreadsheet...this one should give me still greater accuracy. I know it's ambitious, but I'm looking for an average match of 2 by the end of August. It's three days out of four now that I've beaten odds of 80:1 on a single ticket...let's hope it's not a fluke!

If CT drops Powerball
IF CT drops Powerball, I think they should join MM and change the current matrix so odds of winning are still 1 in 40, but winning the MM jackpot will be 1 in 200 million. What do you think?

Any experience with Netlotto?
Odd you talk against wheeling and then talk about making a net of numbers in 147 lines. Odds are if you dropped those lines into a wheel tester you'd have over 90% 3if coverage or what's called an open cover wheel design. How come you're allowing spamming software in your links section?BobP

Someone might have won MM
12 lottery directors are no doubt crying in their beer. They figured the new odds, 1-177 million, would ensure a long string of no wins and really big jackpots.I'm no math expert, but seems to me that history shows that millions of the many million combinations in just about every lottery game never show up. That could be the reason why there was a winning ticket among the 30 million total tickets sold. There were 13 5+0 tickets sold.Bottom line, the obscene jackpots the MM folks want may not com

Start all over again (MM)
Yeah, but remember Powerball had a lucky string of winners when they had over 100 million combinations that could have made the jackpot roll. Anyone who has the right combination at the right time will win regardless of odds.

Sure Hits for July - Don't Miss Them
I'm not specifically betting these numbers. My point is to NOT eliminate the rare numbers when you are using a method to make up your picks. We all use filters of some type and I used to always filter out the rares but I don't think that is a good idea. That is the only point I'm making, but if you think the rares have skipped too many, you might want to play them exclusively. There are 10 pure odds, 10 pure evens, and 10 series.

Largest single jackpot winner
As the odds get longer the jackpots will get higher. For Mega Millions when was the last time there was more than one winner in a single drawing.Brad

Maddogs Mega Millions Challenge 7/22
I've got the numbers 5-14-36-38-52 and 30 as mega ball. I'm only playing one line because I'm playing the Illinois Lotto as well since that jackpot is up to $12 million for Saturday. Not bad for a single-state game with odds of only 10.1 million to one.

More new instant tickets from TN??
Jumbo bucks is a great game... Today I'm going to pay Big Money and see how much I lose. I think I might also play diamond dash. I never play $1 tickets anymore. It's always $2-$10. If TN ever got a $20 with good odds watch out. But I would hope for a top prize of atleast $1 million.
