Do you believe you'll win a jackpot?
I don't think I'll ever win but I play because there is always that chance. YOU NEVER KNOW. Everyone has the same odds of winning. The thrill of holding a possible multimillion dollar ticket is worth the $1.

PA scratches- get the itch!
That's one of my peeves about PA scratchers. Sure the top prize is enticing, but like I'm going to win it. Sure it could happen, but then again I could marry a supermodel, have a baby, and then raise that baby to be the best President/CEO ConAgra ever had. In other words, not that likely. I say, offer the big, offer the small, offer the whole gamut of options. Because big top prizes really hurt the overall odds.

favorite lottery games
I looove Match 6 we got here in PA. I also like the Pick 3 4 in NJ because they have the Instant Match. But the scratch-offs in both of these states leave a lot to be desired as far as games and odds are concerned. The best scratch-offs are in Florida, without a doubt. I just wish they had Powerball.

Do you believe you'll win a jackpot?
Odds are I'm going to loose. Closest I ever came was off by two numbers on a Powerball. I am more frustrated that it's taken so long for these multi-state games to fix the low jackpots that they have had for a while.

Do you believe you'll win a jackpot?
Nothing wrong with dreaming, no harm in it. Never lose sight of who you are then you can be who you want to be regardless if you never win. I play, and I am a positive person but winning the lottery had nothing to do with attitude. I really don't think I will ever win, odds are stacked against all of us.

Are Secrets Really Worth Keeping?
No Problem;Actually, however, the Martingale system is not all that good unless you have a game with a decent payout and good odds. The Keno example I used only nets about a $1 return every 4 draws with a 5% chance of catestrophic failure. Still, a friend used to use it to pay for his drinks at the bar (with slightly more money involved). It was originally designed for no-limit Casino games like Blackjack.

Democrats trying to ruin Calif. Mega Millions lottery participation
I would laugh if the heavily Democrat CA would be screwed out of getting a large jackpot by the people they voted for. Nothing like alienating your voters like stopping sales in something most of them want. Odds are they will sue anyway and try for an injuction. Predictable nonsence at its worse.

Can you explain this statement? I am a newbie and am curious as to what you are referring to in the statement above. Please explain yourself fully. Thanks,Atomic Dog

NY Lotto prizes 4/30
A co-worker recently matched 4/6. She won only $29 (four numbers often pays under $20). I tried telling her Mega Millions is a much better game, that it has better overall odds (even better starting next week.) There is a lottery terminal at my job, a supermarket.
