$30 Scratcher
Louisiana has a $10 scratch off ticket called $1,000,000 spectacular. It has odds of winning something of 1:3.03. Maximum prize on a scratch off is $200,000 and losing tickets can enter in a second chance drawing of $1,000,000.The highest price I've seen in Louisiana is $10. They did once have a $10 scratch off that had a guaranteed winning price of $5. I thought that was just a gimmick to dress up a $5 ticket.http://www.lalottery.com PrisonerSix

Lottery
The odds of winning are the same regardless of the jackpot size. There are clubs like that already and the people who run them expect a good fee for their efforts and the members don't have any input except their money which is expected to be deposited in advance of the club being formed. When such clubs are formed among friends, somebody is expected to do a lot of work for nothing and the club members can't be depended on to come up with their money on time.RJOh

The Math and The Lottery
kdsjeter -If that were the case there would be a much lower percentage of those using quick picks winning jackpots than have actually occurred. I'm not saying that a good system of filters can't better the odds, it's that even the best systems don't win on a regular basis - or that they can win and are winning the lower-tier prizes and have remained unpublished and unpublicized.glj

Lottery
S.P.: I'd be willing to chip into a pool occasionally, perhaps once a month or less frequently as huge jackpots dictated, of $ 30 if there were enough participants to raise several hundred dollars to reduce the odds significantly.

Wyoming lottery being considered
I suggest a pick 4 straight game for their state lotto. It would give a game to play for all those whining about odds to play.

Has Anyone Heard of This System??
update zid system for Mass. another hit(box) tonight entering 30 draws and checking all boxes except EEE because the odds are so low in this hitting that the gamble is worth unchecking it. suggestions for playing are running at 21. not too bad using past hits to play with.

stages of education
I have a 4 year Bachelor of Ccience degree but am looking to gain my M.S. in the near future. I just need to find the right program that will fit my work schedule.Playing the lottery is a fun challenge for me because I love coming up with new systems to beat the odds if at all possible. Playing with probability and trends has become a fun hobby for me.
