New Georgia Fantasy 5 Game in 11 Days
Quote: Originally posted by LOTTOMIKE on March 31, 2005 maybe they are going to twice a day drawings? they don't need to mess with the matrix, thats why i play pick 5 games because they are easier,if i wanted better jackpots then i would play powerball but i'm looking for something that i have a nice chance of winning.....my thoughts exactly. i play mega millions and powerball when the jackpots hit over $25 million cash value, but a good odds are always what I shoot for. either that or number

110 people match 5 white powerball #'s
Quote: Originally posted by dvdiva on March 31, 2005Nice. Well I would say for those players playing at the lower jackpot levels the odds of wining seem higher. Too bad the game is so easy to win. You know i thought the same thing until i heard about wheeling now that people know about different lottery picking strategies it's possible that people are wheeling numbers and using the same lottery software which might select the same groups of picks. They might even have been generated using Todd's

Will Powerball Rollover??
Holy bunch of shizzas! That's more unbelievable than the time Mega Millions had 34 $175,000 at the $10,000,000 jackpot level last July! Every Powerball state except Maine, Oregon, South Dakota, and Vermont had at least one $100,000 winner for tonight's drawing. My home state, Iowa, had three $100,000 winners (none with PowerPlay). I'll bet the states all lost money in tonight's drawing! When are they going to jack up the odds already!!?

One ticket wins $718,000 Ohio Rolling Cash 5 jackpot
Man only 487k in sales for a rolling pick five that pays above odds? That is a bit weak. All those low numbers shocked two or three didnt win that.

How much do you spend on tickets?
Quote: Originally posted by DoctorEw220 on March 20, 2005 it depends on which jackpots are high, and if i'm feeling lucky.by this, i mean that if the jackpot is high, considering the odds. for example, mega millions is at $63 million for tonight, and i have 5 tickets. rolling cash 5 is $718,000 for tonight, but i have 20 tickets. make sense?

People pick 5 out of 5 all the time. Many times in ILL the winners are not quick picks. That negative attitude means your better off spending your 3 bucks somewhere else. Trust me if you had a bankroll in OHio tonite is the night you should pound it hard. Put a grand in cut your odds to about 575 to one and roll the dice. You will get back at least 200 bucks or so in lower tier prizes.

California Senator questions Mega Millions lottery plans
they are rather off with their facts. of course, it is not pick 6/52, but 5/52+1/another 52. when CA joins, the odds will be bigger than 1-135 million. if you wanna count when it was the big game, than technically they are correct, but that was when it was technically another game.

Too many players winning Powerball, lottery says
Quote: Originally posted by CASH Only on March 23, 2005Mega Millions and PB are much better than NY Lotto 6/59 (terrible lower-tier prizes) and Mass Megais bad$ (still annuity-only).We've been down this road so so many times. The odds alone tell you you're more apt to hit NY Lotto than PB or MM!And come on, who cares about winning smaller prizes. Play Take 5, pick 3/4 games for that. Damn I sound like a lottery director lol.
