Lottery retailers busted in raid
As the manager of a gas station that sells lottery tickets -- I would offer the following simple advice -- always ask for your tickets back. That way, if you think someone is trying to scam you, you can take it somewhere else to get it double checked. Its policy where i work, that we hand back all non-winning tickets, and as far as im aware, we have never had issues with employee theft so to put it.

Lottery retailers busted in raid
I love this story, because the crooks are nabbed, and people get educated about checking their tickets. What do you think of my new SCAM graphic?

LottoSync v1.8 download
My point is - He's giving u a free month to figure this thing out... If it doesn't work for you or think it is a scam in some fashion walk away as usual, but to be honest, this gentleman is giving me a free month - I'm taking it and running... If I come up with some winnings - he's definitely getting some of my money... If not I'll take my 2 bucks somewhere else... For now I say use the free month Good Luck to all! Happy New Year - Pogo

Wardens probed over Kenyan prisoners' lottery scam
Kenya's prison officers are at the center of an investigation over their involvement in a SMS (Short Message Service) syndicate that defrauded the public through nonexistent lotteries. Last weekend, 350 mobile phones and 400 unused SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) cards were uncovered after a search of prisoners' blocks at the Kamiti Maximum Prison, and an earlier search at the Naivasha Prison uncovered 270 phones. Officers also found a register bearing the names of potential targets. The

Two arrested for buying lottery tickets with fake money
They are on parole so they probably developed this scam while in prison. It looks like they went into a busy store, bought $1 scratch-off or a QP, handed the clerk a bogus $20, pocketed the $19 change, and repeated the process in other stores. Jurisdiction probably depends on which charges carry the harshest punishments.

is it really random?
Wouldn't surprise me and I'm sure they have the ability to see what number combinations weren't picked seeing how quickly they know if there's a winner and where the ticket was sold. It wouldn't be all that hard to do, especially if the states are in on it. Only problem is that I doubt they're smart enough to actually pull of the scam without w
