Be sure to check your tickets, because the state won't make any effort to find you if you win
Correct. Although, I think unclaimed prizes shoud be put in a pool and then they can sell raffle tickets to all the unclaimed prize money.

Beware Of The Halloween Millions (Millionaire) Raffle!
Holy crap statman!!!!
That's horrifically bad-
First the language on how they figure the prizes is offensively and purposefully complicated/confusing-
At the end of the day I'm fairly certain had they said:
Mind your own beeswax, we've been screwing you with the odds for years whats with the sudden interest in reading----now go purchase 3 of our lil homegrown raffle u rube
but suffice it to say nothing in the formula is good for you
The response would have been similar, that is

7 state lotteries join forces for multi-state raffle
I got my first ticket this morning in OH. Sales started yesterday here. I was the first buyer for the retailer I get most of my tickets from. The ticket number was pretty low IMO for 2nd day of sales. Interest should pickup as more folks find about this raffle.

I agree PA Millionaire Raffle is better. Also what are the rules again? What are the small prizes for this? Not enough info so far.

7 state lotteries join forces for multi-state raffle
Right, the first 2 $1 million winners will come from the first $4.6 million in sales. After that each $2 million in sales will produce another $1 million winner. As close to a 50/50 Raffle as it gets.

7 state lotteries join forces for multi-state raffle
Since raffle tickets are usually sold 000001 thur XXXXXX, it's not hard for a computer to pick a number from 000001 to XXXXXX. Having a live drawing after that would just be for show.

PB or MM- Get rid of lower tier prizes in favor of larger top tiers (1-3)?
I say give us MORE prizes. It wouldn't cost them a dime and it would increase sales. Raffle a $100k to a couple losing ticket holders each draw. What the haymaker.
