I dont think that it will hit the $300 Million mark any time soon. Or, at least not until the economy gets better. I think that people tend to buy more lottery tickets when they are going through rough times, rather than when times are good. Even though the odds dont get better when the number of people who buy tickets goes up, the chances do. So, my prediction is, we wont see a $300 Million Powerball jackpot until 2006 at the earliest.Kansas Gambler

i really don't like 4 this way. compared to pick 4 games with standard (half the odds) payouts, it doesn't pay as much. i do understand where you're going though todd. pari-mutuel payouts for pick 3 and pick 4 games are not a good idea.

That and 579 have been my favorite all odds which are way overdue.....and I will play them again today 579 and 153. I have too much invested in them to stop now. Something strange has to happen today.....the pressure is toooo great. Wish I knew what was going to pop out. LOL

Here's the problem........ Ga. Midday only. 10 odd digits in a row in the middle. That's a problem ? Most of the time I look at these as an opportunity! Good day for an even double ....... odds are ....or should I say chances are.

That is it Winsum. You got it on the first try. I am looking at two digits from the first row since that row have not appeared in two drawings. I will always pull my 3rd digit from the 3rd row since we get a repeat digit from the previous draw more time than not. If doubles do comes they will likely come from the 1st and 3rd row. We are due for doubles, all six-way odds and that even digit in the middle.

BobP,I don't really follow any books except my own slots guide. For me, I can tell weather I'm going to have good luck or bad luck by how smoothly the dvents unfolded up until the actual win. It's about timing not anything pre-determined. I also noticed that every 6 to 8 weeks I have pretty good luck.Scratch tickets have poor odds to begin with and the secret behind winning on them, if there is such a secret, is not to chase them.

All this info and results open another question- which lines to play. These that show more often but there are too many of them, or wait for the ones that show once in a while but with significantly reduced odds..

A platinum member can search all the states at once. Or they may search individual states.They can find one number at a time. Or they can search numbers in groups of ten. I agree with tg, only play the lottery when the odds are theoretically worth the associated payouts. No one on this board should waste their time when its not two million and then pound it when it is a winfall.
