True personal story (getting ripped off)
Who paid the taxes on that ticket? In Ohio, to cash a winning ticket over $599, you have to show proper I.D. and fill out and sign a form with your SS# and address so you can be mailed a W-2G to file with you taxes. Putting false information on that form is a punishable crime. If the store owner had to pay the Federal and State taxes on that $1000 ticket and you didn't, who scam who?

the proven lotto system
If you are referring to my post I did not imply that luckyhorse is hosting the auction. That would not have been my guess. There are thousands of scams operating on eBay at any one moment in time. Listing an e-mail address with an ru extension does not mean it's really from russia, not to mention that even if was was really from Russia, that would be raise the probability of it being a scam 10-fold. It's probably just some stuff copied and pasted together from various stuff available here

the proven lotto system
Just as every single one of us thought = scam artist.
You said you bought something, you said it's great, and you can offer NO proof, just as I predicted you wouldn't.

proven lotto prediction!!
Please keep the breathless exciting subject lines to a reasonable level. First of all the subject proven lotto prediction is a contradiction in terms. A prediction is not proven, it is something that remains to be proven.
Unless, of course, the system has proved that it has won a jackpot in the past, which of course it has not. If it had, then the person hawking that scam on eBay would have no reason to do so.

Expert lotto...Maybe a Scam...
pumpi76,
Sounds like you don't know what you're talking about and have never visited the Expert Lotto website because the basis program is a free download and it's only after you've tried it and want the version with extra features like filters, slip printing, export features and etc. that you have to pay. Your sister probably thought you were the scam if you asked here to used her credit card to order a program that is a free.

N.J. police warn of lottery scams
Have the NJ police warned the good people of the state of the scam their legislators are planning. Seems the elected officials want to sell the lottory; get all that lottory money in one big pile.
What will the elected officials do after spending all the money they get for the Lottory? Retire to Florida? Probably.

U.S. taxes on Irish Lotteries?
The Irish lottery never seems to get as big as the UK one and I am only aware of scam sites like OSA selling tickets.
As far as taxes go you can form a trust and only transfer some of it to the US but you had better make sure NEVER to access the offshore account in the US or use a credit card tied to it in the US.

N.J. investigators warn of lottery scam
How does someone pull a scam on a debt collector? Maybe it was for all the people struggling to make ends meet that can't sit down to a quiet dinner with their family without the phone ringing sometimes with spoofed Caller ID 8 times a day and the person calling (not necessarily this person) having a real attitude. I agree that someone has to be real stupid or living under a rock for the last 50 years to fall for something like that. And yes, better safe than sorry. I always get verification on

Steve Player is back with a new system
Both you and RJOh are correct. You can't buy something like a system and post it on the public forums. I'm talking about an copy of the actual text itself. However, people can post all the opinons they want, and are encouraged to do so, as long as they are not doing it purely for a marketing purpose. (spam) I would considering posting the full text of a scam system for sale, however, as a way to keep people from buying it. They can sue me if they like, as the extra publicity of a lawsuit ma

Lottery-check scams get more seductive, ingenious
LcyLary- I like the way you think! To scam the scammer is the ultimate in justice!
As to the person who spoke of banking. learn the regulations that guard an account and what a person is ultimately responsible for. The comment was remiss of knowledge in the banking system here in the states.
