Man wins Oregon lottery game
Only 8 winners ever in this game? How long has it been around for? Seems pretty pathetic for a ame with odds that arent in the stratosphere.

Keno
I avoid Keno in California, it has half the payout compared to Nevada. I'd like to see more comments in the post also. I've tried a few limited searches on the web, and all anyone wants to give you is the odds. No real approaches, good or bad, without paying a price.

Hi, Your odds just went from 1000 to 1, to probably million+ to one. You'll find a variety of approaches scattered throughout the post. It's just a matter of preference or who you think has the best approach.Good luck

Any tips on scratch offs
Do what the sales people do, watch what instant games most people are playing, then if there isn't a big winner in the last 15-20 tickets purchased your odds are good that there will soon be a big hit. You will need to waste a lot of time loitering in the store watching what others are playing. People who work in the store where I purchase my tickets told me they have done this many times with considerable luck.

Delaware $2,400,000
i can't argue with DE because the odds are better to win it, the matrix is small, and despite the small population, they still have a way to get an in-state jackpot to get over $2 million.

KY's New Online Game.
Anyone see an odds breakdown? You not only have to get the numbers right abet from a group standpoint, but the lines thing. Wonder if they've left themselves open to anything or it's worse than usual. Needs study. BobP

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
I signed as well, and I believe we all should. As RickG pointed out, randomness is not the issue. RNG's have a much higher potential for abuse than do mechanical draw machines using ping-pong balls. The way it works is, first, the lottery introduces a new game, usually a Pick-3 midday game. If they announce it at all, they tell us it will be drawn with an RNG, but they don't bother to give us any details, such as the manufacturer, or how they determine the odds of winning (in a Pick-3 game drawn
