People have received letters telling them they won $95,000 - and that to receive their winnings, they must first cash an enclosed check for $2,998 that appears to be from the California Channel. If you click in the green or blue areas on the left, those are places I've checked out and I believe not only will give you a fair deal, but more importantly are not scam sites.
