The win won't allow her much more than that. It's good that she realizes it's a nice little boost to her family's financial security versus an amount to go crazy on. Especially after the taxman cometh! As for her giggling, some people get fits of giggles when they're happy-nervous. I'm like that sometimes (but not as loud). I've always wondered if they would insist on publishing your previous names too. When you give them your social security number, I'm pretty sure they can easily find out other names associated with that number. Name changes are public info, but as long as the lottery doesn't publish previous names, curious people would have to know where you changed it to find out for sure. You could rent an apartment in another state and make a few trips there to get it done.

The Kentucky Lottery came up with a unique way to cut operating costs and still show the live drawing. For security purposes they taped all the drawings so they simply offer that by live streaming via the Internet. After the numbers are drawn, two auditors holding clip boards will verify the results and one of them will announce and repeat the winning numbers. It turned out to be a low cost improvement because the Midday drawings are live streamed too.

l get those printouts when l buy $5.00 worth of Fantasy 5- its nothing more than useless crap.You have to go online and the amount of questions simply drive me up the wall. Its almost as if they want to know your Social Security # as well. l tried about 20-30 of those tickets and gave up.l simple tear them in pieces when they come with a purchase of Fantasy5 or other. l know of no one who has won. If l have torn $10,000 to pieces somewhere along the way - well tough, l,m aiming higher.
