Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
Multiplier is included in base price - Oh alright i was confused by that part, now things click in my mind.
Because the lower prizes are more likely to be won, in a real drawing the players would probably be happier
Yea that was same logic of monopoly game, more winners make more people happy.
How did they turn out for them? I have a feeling these same big shot lottery people who was thinking MMC was best idea in long time, are the same people cheering for this game change to h

Question: Does it really matter if you select high odds sums?
Answer: In Chart A, 23 out of the last 48 winning combinations have high odds sums. At first glance, it looks like a coin flip to me.
However, if you are looking for a trend, you ll notice in Chart F that 8 out of the last 11 drawings have high odds sums (11 - 16).
If you are looking for another trend in Chart F, you ll notice that 9 of the last 11 drawings contain either a 1 or a 5.
Given the above facts, which chart (B,

Math Police for State's using Computer Draws
CARBOB, I m certainly not sure how many people may or may not be familiar with the draw process but I they all fall into one of two categories. One, they don t know and could care less because they re just not that involved and feel it makes no difference. Two, they do really care, they re dedicated and involved serious players, but they still don t quite understand just how it REALLY affects them and their respective play styles (systems/approaches). Well, I feel that I do and will explain once

I plan to play 15 MM lines tonight for $14 or less
You were right, it didn't roll but I doubt if Steve Player was either of the winners since neither were from NH as none of the million dollar winners were either.
If Steve did buy 10,000 lines, he couldn't realistically expect to win more than $1,100 unless his strategy involved more than just buying a lot of tickets or he got lucky. Even if he spent an extra $10,000 for the megaplier it would only be $3,300.

The FINAL SOLUTION--The Ultimate GH Smart Luck System
Ok I am now attempting to share my GH/LB fusion system with the world.
AND NO!!!
GH does not stand for Gail Howard.
It stands for,
Gay Heuristic.
As in if your heuristics are satisfactory, than you will feel gay.
Since I am an advanced player, I will not reveal the extra-ordinary long winded haughty taughty empirical measurements of heuristical observation, I will rather start with the basic
Odd/Even premise.
If odds are drawn, I will look even.
If evens are drawn, I w

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Hello,
I have lurked on these forums recently but now I registered as a new user to post on this thread due to the $20 Scratcher coming out.
Though I am not weathly by any means, I will be bold enough to play the $20 ticket exclusively and posting updates. Will try to post pictures of $100 wins or higher. I got the budget committed to play at least 100 tickets for the rest of the year, but anything more will depend on finding winners and personal budget.
Yes I am fully aware of the odds
