I Love New York September
Hey folks, just some thoughts on what I have learned over the years. Many know I have hit for huge dollars in the 3/4 digit games. What constituted the biggest wins? The simplest! It is very easy to get 'caught up' and I find myself victim of that waaaay too often, tonight was a prime example. I really 'thought' I had found the key when in reality looking back I can see I was trying to 'force' it. Sorry to say, but none of us are that powerful, really. We can kid ourselves with our egos but the

Massachusetts Lottery closes loophole after big wins
It was great while it lasted, for the few who knew the trick and had the money to take advantage of it. A lottery game in Massachusetts, known as Cash WinFall, had a quirk in it. Every three months or so, if the WinFall jackpot exceeded $2 million but nobody picked all six of the randomly-chosen winning numbers, the money in the jackpot pool would go to people who picked only four or five correct numbers. The Massachusetts Lottery said the odds of picking all six numbers were 1 in 9,366,81

Mathematics and the Lottery
JKING I don't think a math can solve random but that does not mean it can't be done. Most every attempt I have ever seen is based on statistics and the study of past drawings which for the most part is fruitless. We should be looking at the inner workings of random it's self. Since the lottery draw is a closed system and the order in which the numbers are drawn is what we are looking for we need to focus on that aspect which is the random part of the draw. The numbers are not the

Post your scratch ticket results
Well I gave PA one last try and I am happy, but yet not so happy. I played $61 at a beer distributor. I got 16 tickets with only 4 winners. I always scratch my tickets from cheapest to most expensive. Electric 8 was my 5th ticket scratched so I had high hopes for the rest of the batch. I can't complain with a $30 profit, but 75% of my tickets were losers. Guess the 1 in 4 odds are good for PA.. my $1 tickets Gold Class(112)-Free.. Noticed the odds on this game are better than Electric 8's(

DiamondPalace's Predictions - Georgia Fantasy 5 + New York Take 5
Trying out the new system for GAF5 + NYT5. Here I break the 39 numbers into two groups. This will help increase the player's chance of winning something, while greatly increases a jackpot hit, if the 5 winning numbers fall within a group. Since we are using all numbers and putting them into two groups, the winning numbers will be within these two groups. How one pick the numbers within a group is up to their own methods. But here are the odds per group. Reducing 39 numbers into 2 gr

THE BEST ODDS.. is any 3 digit number..there are more..which means they will show more then the next ones will be DOUBLES..there are 90 of them box..and I never really liked that DOUBLES RATIO ...120 6 way combos to 90 boxed doubles...that is not REALLY A HUGE DIFFERENCE in amount of combos..BUT DOUBLES SURE SEEM to run much slower than the 3 different digit combos for sure...and since I am a betting MAN hahaha..I would say since the payout

N.J. paper investigates best and worst places to buy lottery tickets
Well, you pays your money and you takes your chances. Now as long as NJ doesn't feel pressured to hurry along the evening out of the odds, everything will work itself out like it should - eventually. But Michael Shackleford, a math professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas who is known as The Wizard of Odds, said there is little people can do to improve their chances. ...it is just a game of luck. Players who think they have some system to beat the odds are deluding thems
