While wgi sends people to Plus Lotto I see nothing to indicate they are the owners of Plus Lotto rather then affiliates earning a commission for sending players to Plus Lotto like thousands of others.When it comes to pyramid schemes you know one when you see one by how one makes most of their money off the thing.
