Take5 NY
Thanks for the support JPIM.
I should have said something else in my post and that is that I have absolutely no proof of what I suspect happened is in fact what did happen.
The Official Rules for Take5 are available somewhere on The NY Lottery's website, but the problem with them is they would only reflect what applies today.
To prove what I suspect is true, a copy of the Official Rules as they existed before any change was made to them is required. I doubt many players have a copy of t

New York man wins second $10 million lottery prize in three years
This is a good reason not to like scratch tickets. Remember there are numerical odds and there are geographical odds.
You can't win the top prize on any scratch ticket unless they send that ticket to a store near you. There used to be plenty of stories on the Michigan website about multiple big scratch wins like this but Michigan changed its website about 10 years ago.
The one that sticks out in my memory is about the guy in Dexter, MI who bought a Million Dollar winning ticket and w

Maryland man bags $52,000 Pick 4 prize after playing the same numbers for nine years
Big Congrats, yep. Smarter players = smaller odds, a big nice juicy cash pay out... Love that the couple won.
I am putting it in, for NC, just to see if it is goin' to hit this way, i am one who do this at times, wit' a state or few states over, and played it already for couple days.
I played it, with some KEY #s of mine, exactly the way he won it.
Personally?
I amalways happy, for others who win, with yyyep smaller odds, and he did it!
I can just imagine how happy inwardly and

Not in the hole, for anything, he is a BIG time winner and smarter than wasting cash on harder odds like my father say on mm and p-ball. Glad i do not either.

Reducing odds
You need to have a program or spreadsheet to tell you the probability of repeated number from previous draw. You need to use from day 1 when the new format was introduced. If repeats occur often enough, you should not skip them.
Probability and what actually happened aren't the same thing. What happened is in the past and it happened, regardless of the probability that it would happen. The probability of any particular number(s) from the previous drawing is a simple function of how many num

PA's $50 ticket coming 12/27-12/28
Every game gets worse than that last as far as odds.
$20 tickets were at one point 1 winner for every 2.92 tickets. Now they are near 1: 3.5 tickets. That's a significant difference and a really bad bet. You'd have to buy 350 tickets ($7000) to win on 100 tickets. Not including the top prize the average payout is $26.70 for winners. That turns that $7000 investment into $2670... Horrible.
At 2.92 your $5840 investment would pay back 2670.
That's the price of every increasing odds. They

An effective new method to reduce your odds
Does anyone have any tips for playing the pick 2 lottery?
Numbers 00-99. I have a trick to switch from pick 6 to pick 2
For example, the result of the last 3 periods is:
15695
13578
36925....
Take 5+9=4, 6+5=1 = 41 will not be released the next day,and so on for about 30 periods.I usually play by elimination and pick 2 is the easiest lottery to win.
If anyone has any ideas for a pick 2 lottery please let me know.

Math Geniuses, Help!! "SLAG" Odd/Even Analysis - Chart I
I am trying to get two low odds correct.
So if I think odds are due, I play something like 5 7 9. Then I use a default gap of ten which will hopeful bring me to the high side.
A gap of ten results in the next even number being an even number. If I play the same gap high then it is 20 22.
Then I have to unfortunately wait. The more money you play and the bigger the wheel, the less science and more superstitition.
Its called Smartastical Luckiness Patternwise Theoretics.
