Wisconsin SuperCash $$
I don't agree. What does your day to win mean? Luck or destiny? I don't believe in either. I think people who pick their numbers based on a system or intuition sometimes might improve their odds over just playing the same set of numbers everyday or QP's. And after all, its all about trying to improve the odds.

Declining lottery sales prompt more Powerball jackpot changes
When Powerball made these changes adding more numbers (69) and shortening the powerball numbers (26) they made them on the premise that the jackpot goes higher and higher biggest jackpots back in (2016) and beyond.
Also if they do lower the size of the jackpot, that means they should change the numbers to a much shorter set like before and possibly even go back tp a $1 a wage. Because greed and increasing their coffers will not work usually anytime they ordinarily do a change but given the ti

Rework the Lower Tier Prizes for MM & PB.
Yep, the payouts do not reflect the odds for many of the lower tier; even most of the time when you have a pari-mutual setup.
We've posted about this in our blog.
Below is an example and our opinion of what a payout is compared to what it should be.
In this case, based on a $2.00 bet, we wouldn't need multipliers.
Everybody gets back what the odds says is adequate.

Rework the Lower Tier Prizes for MM & PB.
I'm with you Jade. I rarely even know what the jackpot is in PowerBall because I don't pay attention to the advertised amount. I always add the PowerPlay option even though it's fixed at 2x for second prize.
It's the third place prize that I'd love to win. It carrys 913,130 to 1 odds. Those odds are approximately 1.5 times my states 5/39 game. Of course I'd like to see third prize pay out more than $50,000 but other than not play PB, what are ya gonna do?? My state's 5/39 game pays about $60

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
This Windows 10 is a MESS! One bad update and everything goes haywire. UGHHHH! Managed to get thru another months worth of data. Ran every February from 2007 to 2019. Here is the results. Going to do this one a little different and show it with the before and after.
Again, I ran 2007 but those results are incomplete because of lack of draws so they are not included. This is the hits/wins to option results to start with. The win possibility results is at the top. I highlighted for average, min

How high will PB go?
who wouldn't want to see another billion dollar jackpot.
There are always the few people who must not be confident about their ability to share the money or donate to suitable charities and think that instead of a $1 billion jackpot we should have 500 jackpots of $2 million.
Maybe players are getting tired of this game.
Maybe players are just getting more patient. Players vote for bigger jackpots with their money, but the bigger jackpots require steeper odds and/or a higher ticket p

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Hello Matchu,
If you could see the things I've seen, it might change your mind. And definitely not in any race with anyone but myself. We all have to push ourselves in some form or fashion on something in life. I got too many candles lit myself and most burning at both ends.
I've seen what you're talking about with the numbers, and yes it can be that easy. You're talking pick 3. I've done a lot of work on those games also. From up one, down one, cross addition, all sorts of things. What wo

If you lost money in 2019 what will you do or try differently in 2020?
Every year at this time I evaluate what I play and how much. In 2018 I spent about $2700, didn't come close to breaking even. So for this year I was determined to spend less, and I did. $1200. Still didn't break even
So, for 2020, I'm still deciding what to spend. I always play the jackpot games. Tx 2 Step, MM, and PB, and Cash 5 once in a while. I play MM and PB really hoping to just hit second prize. At my age, with the powerplay/megaplier I can retire off that. One thing I learned over th

Odds of a win with 4 picks per option in a 5 pick game?
Here in NC we have the 5/43 Cash 5. If choosing options smallest to largest, you would have balls 1 thru 39 as options for your smallest pick to play. 2 thru 40 as your second to the smallest to play. 3 thru 41 as your next option. 4 thru 42 as your fourth option and 5 thru 43 as your fifth option. Smallest to largest, that would be the only plausible options per. You will never see ball 2 picked as the third option this way. On a 43 ball set, that means you have 39 options at most without per p

Rigged Cash 3&cash 4 numbers today.Cash 3 was 658 and cash 4 was 6558?
Let's approach this from a different angle. Now, we obviously know that since all the digits are still in the pool from one draw to the next then, yes, entire combinations will be drawn in the same order OVER TIME. I have no argument with this. However, when we're discussing the frequency of specific things reoccurring such as duplicated draw results during the same draw session, it becomes a dialogue about what's causing it or allowing it to happen....precursors. Sure, it's easy for a player to
