Right? I was thinking of this. Americans cannot participate any other foreign countries lottery games unless they are visiting the country . Will we be able to play the UK's National lottery ? A couple of years ago, The Florida Lottery added a midday drawing ... these days the midday drawing offers ... What happened to jackpots immediately after they added the midday drawings?
