This scheme sounds like that scam run by e-lottery which is illegal in the U.S. They look for suckers who are willing to scam their friends, neighbors and family members in exchange for playing in a European lottery for free. Even worst, once you fall for this scam you're probably be on a global suckers list that's sold to other scammers globally and you will start getting even better offers.
