How about Cold Numbers in Pairs...
There are 90 front pairs with non-repeating digits (01-89) and 90 back and outside pairs too. Since you're discussing cold digits in pairs, I'm assuming you mean a digit that was drawn less over a period of time or it was the last digit out. If the digit 1 was only drawn 6 times in the last 100 drawings and declared it the coldest digit, there will be at least 4 second position digits and 4 third position digit not drawn with it. If one of those digits happens to a 1, I don't understand the logi

Listings of Jackpot > odds?
Using the ratio of the jackpot to the odds as a decision maker as to whether or not to purchase a ticket has it's roots in what people remember of University probability courses. Basically many of us were taught to sum up the product between the value of the outcome and the probability of the outcome as the expected return of an outcome and indeed this is how many large business decisions are made but when used for a typical pick style lottery, there are two fundamental flaws.
The first flaw

Stupid Lottery Tricks
I have read every lottery book, including probability, chance, luck etc. and books on nothing but the origin of numbers. I used to have a website that contained all the software systems out there and documented all the winning systems. At one point I had about 275 systems online. I used to write articles for Mr. Z (Robert Lyon) at Lottoworld Magazine. The problem is that people don't always take Lottery System Developers seriously because it is not mainstream. I even started writing a book calle

Have you given up hope that you will win the jackpot?
I have kept track of how much I spend and win, and lose for several years now. I keep track on a monthly basis. I do this because it helps me keep a handle on how much I spend, and because I just want to know where I stand. Each year I win app 15% to 20% of what I play. This year, so far, I'm at 20%. This what I expect each year going in. I do not expect to make a profit. It is very, very rare for anyone to make a profit playing the lottery. It's not set up for people to profit, or even win occa

I'm beginning to believe powerball is BS... !!
Here is why: did you notice when Florida was added which BTW is a highly populated state that the over all money in the pot did not grow at a faster rate...now why is that....why would it not grow faster?
The states take waaaaaay tooo much money out of the general pool and put in just what they want...plus they increased the odds by adding more balls so it is even harder to win now...
Pick3, pick4,cash5, powerball..etc.. is just another tax

How many pre-test draws are normal?
Also never thought about this but Powerball is a: Pick5/59 + Pick1/43 that's correct but if it has pretests let's say it has 5 pretests is more like a: Pick5/59 + Pick1/43 + Pick1/5...
you are probably going to say: that's not true..Really well what if it had 1 million pretest then what are you going to say? You see it now...
does a hacker have to climb that? no probably something like a Pick3 or Pick4...While a lotto gambler has to climb like how you all saw a: 600 million odds just to wi

beginner: i want to learn!
Welcome nivisi,
There are lot of nice people spending a lot of time developing systems here who post numbers based on their approach to the games. You can learn a lot from them on the various forums here. There are no guarantees though and when a system is found to consistently predict the lottery numbers, that will necessarily precede and foretell the end of the lotteries as we know them. You will find some that you feel give you an edge however, based on their research. Check them out and a

So,why is it SOOOOO VERY HARD to beat NCEL?
OK here is why:NCEL actually has the game RIGGED odds wise in thier favor. They just didnt create a game out of the thin air without a lot of insight on thier part towards creating revenue for the state of North Carolina...and if Vegas had this kind of odds rigged in thier favor they would have been shut down a long time ago but NCEL can get away with it because theyre the GOVT.
NCEL only pays 80 dollars for a combo on a 1 dollar bet so if youre r
