TN Scratch Off Odds and Cost
With some difficulty, before I could locate the odds and card cost of each scratch off game on the Tennessee lottery web site. Now, it seems only the game name, number and prizes left are shown.
Would someone know where to locate the odds of each game, other than on the card, itself?

Think Outside The Box
I have found that certain groups of numbers or decades play more often in a particular position than others. Obviously, singles (1-9) play most often in the first position. I take it a step further and analyze the teens, 20's, and so on. Even though this reduces the odds a lot, the problem is that the games have such high odds to begin with, the odds are still overwhelming. I tried playing numbers in positions that they play the most, but again, it still doesn't reduce the odds enough. I have co

Give it your best MATH shot and win a prize !
In the thread https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/197307 a similar situation was discussed and clarified with pick3 combinations.
The odds of two doubles appearing in a row are not the same as the odds of someone winning with two doubles in a row. While the odds of someone winning with two doubles in a row is 7.29%, the odds of two doubles(not the same doubles) appearing in a row is 270:1000 or 27% because the first double doesn't have any odds associated with its appearance.
If that isn't

What would the winning jackpot system consist of?
Most states recognize the chances are good that a player could reduce his odds of winning by a half by observing the history of past drawings so the payout amounts are adjusted accordingly. For example, MegaMillions overall odds of winning something are 1:39.8 and the most likely prize is a 0+1 which pays $2 so if a player reduced his overall odds of winning to 1:20 he would still be spending $20 to win $2. To break even, a player would have to reduce his overall odds of winning close to 1:2 whi

I love it when PB jackpots get hit frequently
If anything, your argument proves no harm was done by raising the odds as more states were added and someone winning the jackpot on its first drawing can still happen. As you pointed out the jackpots haven't gotten any larger and they are still being won at the same frequency as they were with lower odds with fewer states. Sounds like they got it right, had they not raised the odds as states were added, the large jackpots which is the main attraction of the game couldn't exist.

Pharaohs Cash3 or Pick3 Hotsheet is the Best
I understand the prize ratio, but the game odds (1000 to 1) and payoff odds (500 to 1) are not the same. To break even predictors must pick 1 straight hit out of every 500 predictions but if they pick 1 out of 550 (90.3%) they are still beating the game odds. I also understand for comparison all pick-3 game payoffs are $500 to $1, but actual payoffs can vary.
The point I was trying to make is even if a predictor has a prize ratio of 60%, they are still beating the game odds.
